[摘    要]针对真空灭弧室试验安装步骤复杂、效率低，和真空灭弧室种类繁多，需各种不同型号的断路器配合试验的问题。文章研制一种通用型，可满足各型号真空灭弧室试验的工具，可实现真空灭弧室备品的周期性试验。其具备安装灵活、操作简易、轻型便携等特点。可显著提高真空灭弧室故障检修效率，减少停电时间，提高企业经营效益。

Development of Universal Test Tool for Vacuum Interrupter of 10 kV Circuit Breaker

[Abstract]Aiming at the problems of complex installation steps， low efficiency and wide variety of vacuum interrupters， it is necessary to cooperate with various types of circuit breakers for test. This paper develops a universal tool which can meet the test of various types of vacuum interrupter， and can realize the periodic test of spare parts of vacuum interrupter. It has the characteristics of flexible installation， simple operation， light and portable. It can significantly improve the troubleshooting efficiency of vacuum interrupter， reduce the power failure time and improve the operation efficiency of enterprises.

1 研究背景

10 kV真空断路器具有开断容量大、灭弧性能好、機械寿命长、运行维护量小、检修周期长等优点，其在电力系统中得到了广泛应用。

由于运行条件各异及运行时间到达一定年限后，断路器真空灭弧室逐渐出现真空度降低、触头电阻增大等缺陷而需要更换真空灭弧室。更换真空灭弧室时，需进行交流耐压、真空度、绝缘电阻、回路电阻等试验。目前在真空灭弧室试验存在以下问题：①常规方法，将灭弧室安装到断路器再进行试验，因部分备品与故障灭弧室为同批次产品，存在备品灭弧室试验不合格的风险，需反复拆装，步骤烦琐，效率低下，严重影响抢修复电时间。②即使车间有适用灭弧室备品的定期试验备用断路器，但由于灭弧室拆装工序烦琐复杂，需要多人配合完成，耗费人力成本。③各厂家的真空灭弧室种类繁多，尺寸各不相同。目前尚未有通用性的断路器或工具可满足对所有不同型号备品进行定期的预试验，最终只能回归到问题①。……
