[摘    要]电力始终是支撑设备运转和资源开发的重要基础，与社会不同行业的连接也尤为紧密，在这其中，油田开发就是较为突出的一个环节。文章以油田电网现场作业视频为切入点，从安全管控的角度出发，分析安全管控的基本原理，并介绍基本的控制技术，希望能够给相关从业人员带来一定的参考和启示。

[Abstract]Electric power is always an important foundation to support equipment operation and resource development， and is particularly closely connected with different industries in society. Among them， oilfield development is a more prominent link. In this regard， this paper will also take the on-site operation video of oilfield power grid as the starting point， analyze the basic principle of safety control from the perspective of safety control， and introduce the basic control technology， hoping to bring some reference and Enlightenment to relevant practitioners， which can only be used to attract jade.

1 分析油田電网现场作业视频安全管控的基本原理

当下一些油田电网已实现了变电站视频监控安装的全覆盖，但传统的视频监控手段并不能准确地辨别违章的行为，所以生产管理系统和电网视频监控系统的功能也逐渐集中到一起，能够随时读取工作信息，分析现场的作业状态，筛选精简的资源，并利用变电站自动化系统针对现场作业的各种有效数据展开采集，满足批量加载，多人协同监测，监控画面巡检，画面自动截图等多个功能的需求，保证现场作业能够获得最及时的跟进。即，电网现场作业视频的安全管控，能够为风险的预防注入更多的生机与活力，让管理者从更多的视角出发，细致地排查潜在的风险，及时制止违规行为，取得更加明显的管控效果，保证生产的正常运转。

2 分析现场作业视频安全管控在油田电网中的应用内容

2.1 人脸识别技术

目前，有很多油田电网都构建了完善的现场作业视频安全管控平台，以长庆油田为例，人脸识别技术的应用就给后期的监督提供了极大的便利。……
