[摘    要]随着社会的发展以及科技的进步，数字化技术应用而生并得到了广泛的应用，无论是对于生产方式还是生产效率方面都得到了明显的提升，基于此，数字化工厂也逐渐通过数字化技术来不断完善生产质量，提升企业的经济效益。文章通过对数字化工厂的相关概念入手，分析了目前数字化工厂技术的应用情况，并提出了未来展望。

Application Status and Trend of Digital Plant Technology

[Abstract]With the development of society and the progress of science and technology， digital technology has been applied and widely used. It has been significantly improved in terms of production mode and production efficiency. Based on this， digital chemical plants have gradually improved production quality and economic benefits of enterprises through digital technology. Therefore， starting with the related concepts of digital chemical plant， this paper analyzes the current application of digital chemical plant technology， and puts forward the future development prospect.

随着时代的发展，产品的更新换代速度不断加快及设计效率不断提高，各个企业为了更好地适应市场发展需求，均在不断提升自身的生产能力以及生产质量。尤其是随着信息技术以及物联网等新型技术的发展和应用，各个制造技术也逐渐朝着自动化、智能化方向发展，企业也想通过最快的速度和最低的成本生产高质量的产品以求在经济市场中站稳脚跟。虽然各个企业加强了对新技术的引进，但由于缺乏集成管理，没有完全地对生产设备自动化以及管理系统的整合，导致并没有完全发挥智能技术的优势。而通过构建数字化工厂不仅可以实现各项数据的利用共享，而且可以通过对数据的交换、加工、处理来直接促进生产效率的提升和管控能力，进而提升企业的核心竞争力。

1.1 数字化工厂概念

数字化就是将各类信息数据转变为数字化模型，对计算机技术而言就是将这些信息转变为二进制代码然后存储至计算机内部进行统一管理。……
