摘要： 河北作为工业大省，传统制造业技术水平低于南方发达省份，且高能耗、高污染产业所占比重较大，创新能力一般。在《中国制造2025》政策指导下，中央和河北省政府大力推动制造业数字化转型升级，推广智能制造技术在制造业的应用，已取得显著成果，成功探索出一条智能化、绿色化、服务化的发展之路。

Abstract： As a large industrial province， Hebei's traditional manufacturing technology level is lower than that of the developed provinces in the south， and the industries with high energy consumption and high pollution account for a large proportion， with general innovation ability. Under the guidance of the "made in China 2025" policy， the central government and the Hebei provincial government have vigorously promoted the digital transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry， promoted the application of intelligent manufacturing technology in the manufacturing industry， achieved remarkable results， and successfully explored an intelligent， green and service-oriented development road.

1  河北省制造业现状

随着京津冀协同发展战略的提出，旨在促进整个区域协同发展，给河北的社会和经济带来前所未有的机遇和挑战。作为华北地区经济和人口大省，拥有丰富的矿产资源、农业资源和扎實的工业基础，孕育了完整的制造业产业链。河北的钢铁、汽车、制药、化工等传统工业占全国比重较大，存在产业结构不合理、企业创新能力一般、高能耗、高污染、低附加值问题[1-3]，因此在全国激烈的经济市场竞争中处于劣势。

2015年，国务院出台《中国制造2025》规划明确指出“与世界先进水平相比，我国制造业仍然大而不强，在自主创新能力、资源利用效率、产业结构水平、信息化程度、质量效益等方面差距明显，转型升级和跨越发展的任务紧迫而艰巨”[4]。河北加快传统制造业数字化转型升级任务迫在眉睫。

在新一轮工业革命中，以“数字化网络化智能化技术”与“先进制造技术”为背景支持的智能制造技术具有强大的生产力，对传统制造业提供巨大的驱动力，引发生产模式、发展理念深刻变革。……
