摘要：目的 探讨手术室护理中应用人性化护理模式的临床价值。方法 纳入100例行手术患者作为本次研究对象，按照电脑盲选法将其分为参照组（应用一般护理）与试验组（应用人性化护理模式），每组各50例，纳入患者均于2019.1-2020.1被我院收治并择期开展手术治疗，对比两组护理前后患者抑郁程度以及护理满意度。结果 试验组焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分显著低于参照组（P<0.05）;护理满意度对比中，试验组（96.00%）显著高于参照组（80.00%），组间对比具有差异性（P<0.05）。结论 人性化护理模式应用于手术室护理中，可显著改善患者焦虑状态，并能够获得良好护理满意度，值得推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical value of humanized nursing mode in operating room nursing. Methods A total of 100 patients with routine surgery were included as the subjects of this study. According to the computer blind selection method， they were divided into the reference group （general nursing） and the experimental group （humanized nursing mode）， with 50 cases in each group. All the included patients were admitted to our hospital between January and January 2019.1 and were selected for surgical treatment. The degree of depression and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The score of self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） in experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P < 0.05）; The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group （96.00%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （80.00%）， and there was difference between the two groups （P < 0.05）. Conclusion The application of humanized nursing model in operating room nursing can significantly improve the anxiety of patients， and can obtain good nursing satisfaction， it is worth promoting.

手术室是临床治疗各种类型疾病重要场所之一，属于医院必不可少核心科室，其主要护理情况复杂、工作内容存在一定风险、工作时间较长、工作量较大、需含有较高技术含量等特点，若在手术室工作中出现工作失误或其他问题，均会给患者及医院造成无法挽回的损失[1]。因此，做好手术室护理工作，认真完成每一项护理措施，对保障治疗效果、维护医院形象具有重要价值。随着社会不断发展，人們对医疗服务质量要求也随之提高。对于行手术治疗患者而言，其希望在围手术期与术中、术后能够获得满意且舒适的护理服务，良好的护理服务对手术效果同样具有一定促进作用。本文旨在手术室护理应用人性化护理模式的临床价值进行探讨，内容如下。……
