摘要：当前我国城市经济的迅猛发展离不开城市建设的重要推动作用，为保障市政工程施工质量，施工方案的制定与相应的施工技术的应用都要做到全面优化。市政工程施工的质量影响着人们出行、工作等诸多方面，同时也是我国国家综合力的重要体现。因此，应重视市政工程道路施工过程中的各种问题，确保市政工程道路的施工质量得到最大限度的保障。通过对市政工程施工现场管理的重要意义进行阐述，分析当前市政工程施工现场管理存在的问题，并提出有效解决措施。

Abstract：The current rapid development of my country's urban economy is inseparable from the important role of urban construction. In order to ensure the quality of municipal engineering construction， the formulation of construction plans and the application of corresponding construction technologies must be fully optimized. The quality of municipal engineering construction affects people's travel， work and many other aspects， and it is also an important manifestation of my country's national comprehensive strength. Therefore， attention should be paid to various problems in the construction of municipal engineering roads to ensure that the construction quality of municipal engineering roads is guaranteed to the utmost extent. Through explaining the important significance of municipal engineering construction site management， analyze the current problems of municipal engineering construction site management， and propose effective solutions.

市政工程是城市现代化建设的标志，为适应当前城市现代化建设的要求，市政工程施工过程中的各个环节都要进行严格的要求和把控，尤其要加强对市政工程施工现场的有效管理，以确保工程的顺利进行，避免因管理不当造成严重的施工问题，影响最终的工程质量。本文主要围绕市政工程施工现场管理的相关内容进行了研究探讨，具体内容如下。

一、市政工程施工现场管理的重要意义

市政工程作为城市化建设的代表性项目之一，其关注度越来越高，特别是市政工程施工现场（见图1）管理更是城市工程建设的重中之重。施工现场的管理对于市政工程的最终施工质量起着关键作用，由于市政工程施工现场涉及到方方面面，较为繁杂，若不进行严格的管理与把控很容易发生预想不到的状况，从而对施工进度造成严重阻碍，也会使工程质量难以保障，造成其投入使用后出现严重问题。……
