摘要：目的：探讨分析通过心理护理对ICU重症护理质量的影响。方法：选择2019年12月-2021年1月在我院ICU重症病房的患者96例，将其按照抽签法分为两组，对照组和观察组，每组各48例，对照组的患者使用常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理的条件上进行心理护理。对比两组患者干预后的SAS、SDS评分以及患者护理满意度。结果：护理后观察组的SAS评分和SDS评分均低于对照组，差异较大（P<0.05）。结论：对ICU重症患者进行心理护理，能够有效提高治疗效果，缓解患者的情绪，护理质量得到有效提高，应该得到临床推广使用。

Objective to explore the influence of psychological nursing on the quality of intensive care in ICU

Objective：To explore the effect of psychological nursing on the quality of ICU intensive care. Methods： 96 patients in ICU of our hospital from December 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the drawing method， the control group and the observation group， 48 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing， while the patients in the observation group were given psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing. SAS， SDS scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results： after nursing， the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： psychological nursing for ICU patients with severe illness can effectively improve the treatment effect， relieve the patients' emotion， and improve the quality of nursing， which should be widely used in clinic.

ICU的意思是重癥加强护理病房，在该病房中患者的病情大多较为严重，甚至是有着生命危险，因此该病房的护理工作尤为重要[1]。而患者常出现一定的不良情绪，降低了患者的依从性，严重影响着治疗进程，临床上护理人员开始通过心理护理对患者进行干预，本研究就对ICU重症病房的患者进行心理护理所产生的影响进行阐述，具体如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选择2019年12月-2021年1月在我院ICU重症病房的患者96例，将其按照抽签法分为两组，对照组和观察组，每组各48例。对照组中男女比值为26：22，年龄为22-73岁，平均年龄为（49.68±7.52）岁;观察组中男女比值为25：23，年龄23-72岁，平均年龄为（50.34±8.05）岁。本次所选病人基础数据对比无显著差别（P>0.05），存在可比性。

1.2 方法

对照组患者按照常规重症病房的规章制度进行护理，进行常规的身体检查并记录患者的数据变化，同时按照医嘱进行服药。……
