摘要基于建筑工业化形式下课程建设的背景及意义，分析了“新工科”建设及OBE理念对“装配式混凝土结构设计与施工”校企共建课程的开设要求，确定了课程定位及目标。基于此，从课程共建企业的甄选、教学内容的确定、课程团队的组建与建设、全过程案例教学、混合式教学、基于课程平台的课堂互动教学、理论教学与实践教学一体化的项目式教学、基于自媒体资源的施工工艺视频库建设、思政育人教学、多元化的综合考核方式等多方面，系统阐述了校企共建课程的建设方案与措施，教学成效显著。

AbstractBased on the background and significance of the course construction in the form of building industrialization， this paper analyzes the requirements of "new engineering" construction and OBE concept for the course of "design and constructionofprefabricatedconcrete structure"jointly builtbyschooland enterprise，anddeterminesthecoursepositioning andobjectives.Basedon this， fromtheselectionofcourse coconstructionenterprises，thedeterminationofteachingcontent， the formation and construction of course team， the whole process of case teaching， hybrid teaching， classroom interactive teaching based on course platform，project-based teaching of integration of theory teaching and practice teaching， constructiontechnologyvideolibraryconstructionbasedonselfmediaresources，ideologicalandpoliticaleducationteaching diversified comprehensive assessment methods and other aspects， systematically elaborated the construction scheme and measures of school enterprise co-construction curriculum， teaching effect is remarkable.

1課程建设背景及意义

随着新型城镇化的稳步推进，人民生活水平的不断提高，全社会对建筑品质的要求也越来越高。与此同时，能源和环境压力逐渐加大，建筑行业竞争加剧。建筑工业化（装配式建筑）对推进建筑业产业升级和发展方式转变，促进节能减排和民生改善，推动城乡建设走上绿色、循环、低碳的科学发展轨道，实现经济社会全面、协调、可持续发展，不仅意义重大，更迫在眉睫。[1-2]

因此，在广泛征集校内外行业专家、学者及一线工程师的意见和建议的基础上，充分考虑企业、行业和社会发展的需要及人才素质需求，决定针对性开设“装配式混凝土结构设计与施工”课程，以适应行业发展趋势及人才需求。

本课程是适应行业发展而设置的一门非常重要的专业选修课，极大地拓展和提升了我校土木工程专业学生的专业技能及素养，提高了学生就业竞争力。……
