摘要时代在进步，科技在发展，计算机信息处理技术与互联网通信技术的日新月异，推动着教育的信息化，而全民健身又上升为国家战略，作为高校健美操教学，如何应对信息化时代，对其教学方法进行顺应潮流地革新。鉴于此，笔者驾驭文献资料法、逻辑分析法、实地参与式观察法，并融合笔者多年的一线教学经历，践履“是什么内涵、存在什么问题、有什么方法、要怎么进行”的脉络主线，解读了信息化的内涵，对当前高校健美操教学方法存在的问题进行了素描，进而尝试性提出顺应信息化时代潮流，高校健美操教学可以吸纳微课、翻转课堂、案例分析大赛、网课这四种方法，并且如何有效地融合这四种教学方法，笔者也建构了相应的机制，以期有利于推动高校健美操教学方法的与时俱进；有助于高校健美操教学促进大学生体育锻炼；有益于新媒体融入高校健美操教学。

Research on Aerobics Teaching Methods in Colleges and Universities in the Information Age

Abstractwith the progress of the times and the development of science and technology， the rapid changes of computer informationprocessing technology and Internetcommunicationtechnology promotetheinformatizationofeducation，and the national fitness has become a national strategy. As the aerobics teaching in colleges and universities， how to deal with the information age and innovate its teaching methods in line with the trend. In view of this， the author uses the methods of literature review， logical analysis， on-the-spot participatory observation， and integrates the author’s many years of teaching experience， practices the main thread of "what is the connotation， what problems， what methods， how to carry out"， interprets the connotation of informatization， and sketches the problems existing in the current College Aerobics teachingmethods， Andthentrytoputforwardtocomply withthetrendoftheinformationage，CollegeAerobicsTeaching canabsorbmicro class， flippedclassroom，caseanalysiscontest，online class，situationalsimulationofthesefourmethods， these four teaching methods， the author also constructed the corresponding mechanism， in order to promote college aerobicsteachingmethods withthetimes；Itis helpfultocollegeAerobicsteachingandpromotecollegestudents’physical exercise； It is beneficial to the integration of new media into College Aerobics Teaching.

“信息化”这个词第一次出现，是1963年，在日本学者梅悼忠夫的《信息产业论》这本著作里，书中指出，人类社会将步入“信息化社会”得益于信息科学技术的发展和应用。学术界一直认为，信息化不但涵盖信息资源、信息技术、信息产业的产生、发展和使用，而且也囊括了其在经济、社会、文化方面所产生的变化。高校健美操教学方法如何顺应这一时代发展潮流，文章对此展开了探寻。
