摘要高职院校已把学生工匠精神的培育放在了重要的地位，在教学过程中融入工匠精神的元素已常态化。“病理学基础”教学过程中，首先教师身体力行，以匠心做事，给学生树立榜樣。其次，在理论课上把工匠精神融入思政元素，让学生从思想上、情感上接受工匠精神，并以匠心学好理论知识。在实训过程中，教师以学生为中心，学生以工匠精神自律，完成实训过程，着力提高技能水平。教师再辅以科学的教学评价。这样，就形成了一个完整的学习链，着力提高学生的综合素质。

On the Cultivation Method of Craftsman Spirit in the Course of"Pathology Basis" in Higher Vocational Colleges

AbstractVocational colleges have put the cultivation of students’ craftsman spirit in an important position； in the processofteachingintotheelementsofcraftsmanspirithasbeennormalized.Intheteachingprocessof"PathologyBasis"， the teacher first practices himself， works with ingenuity， and sets an example for the students. Secondly， the craftsman spirit should be integrated into the ideological and political elements in the theoretical courses，so that students can accept the craftsman spirit mentally and emotionally， and learn theoretical knowledge with ingenuity. In the process of practical training， teachers take students as the center， students with craftsman spirit self-discipline， complete the practical training process， and strive to improve the skill level. Teachers are supplemented by scientific teaching evaluation. In this way， a complete learning chain has been formed to improve the comprehensive quality of students.

1新时代背景下工匠精神的内涵

新时代背景下，工匠精神主要体现在精益求精的严谨精神、一丝不苟的制造精神、开拓创新的创造精神、知行合一的实践精神、用户至上的服务精神、团结协作的团队精神、爱岗敬业的奉献精神等。高职院校已把学生工匠精神的培育放在了重要的地位，在教学过程中融入工匠精神的元素已常态化。
