摘要大学生作为一个重要的社会群体，承载着国家发展的希望与民族崛起未来。文章通过对高校大学生社会责任感的培养现状进行分析，发现大学生在社会重大突发事件中承担相应的社会责任是历史的必然选择，是有效开展突发危机防控的必然要求，也是高校“三全育人”综合改革工作的必然需要。因此本文提出了在社会重大突发事件中大学生责任意识培养的主要主题，最后站在三全育人视域下提出了社会重大突发事件中大学生责任意识培养相应的对策。

On the Cultivation of College Students’ Sense of Responsibility in Major Social Emergencies from the Perspective of "Three Aspects of Education"

AbstractCollege students， as an important social group， bear the hope of national development and the future of national rise.Throughtheanalysisofthecurrentsituationofthecultivationofcollegestudents’senseofsocialresponsibility，itisfound thatitis theinevitablechoiceofhistoryforcollegestudentstobearthecorrespondingsocialresponsibilityinthemajorsocial emergencies， the inevitable requirement for effective prevention and control of emergency crisis， and the inevitable need of the comprehensive reformof"threeaspects ofeducation" in colleges and universities. Therefore，this paperputs forwardthe main theme of the cultivation of college students’ sense of responsibility in the social major emergencies. Finally， the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the cultivation of the sense of responsibility of college students in the social major emergencies from the perspective of "three aspects of education".

2017年中共中央、国务院在《关于加强和改进新形势下高校思想政治工作的意见》中提出的坚持全员全过程全方位育人要求，简称“三全育人”，以实现“立德树人”的教育目标。[1]新时代高校思政工作者只有运用三全育人的视域去思考并开展思政工作，运用新理念、新方法、新模式才能适应时代发展的需要，显著提升大学生的思想政治素质和道德素质。

1大学生社会责任意识的培养现状

在培养大学生社会责任感方面，理想信念教育和社会主义核心价值观教育融入实际的教学工作中，这取得了显著的效果。然而面对这样一个思维活跃，视野宽域的青年群体，也存在教育过程中部分大学生群体思想上的抵触，导致大学生社会责任意识培养的成效有限，在这里总结了有以下几个原因。……
