摘要根据《关于实施基础学科拔尖学生培养计划2.0的意见》精神，落实立德树人的根本任务，国家建设一批青年才俊培养基地，在体制、措施和模式上进行创新，并且加强国际合作，选拔和培养国家急需的基础学科拔尖人才。药学专业是跨理学和医学门类，以生物学、化学为主要支撑基础并结合医学的基础交叉型学科专业，是实现《健康中国2030规划纲要》、增进人民健康福祉的重要支撑，也应该参与和实施该项拔尖计划。

Analysis on the Participation of Chinese Pharmacy in the Training Plan of Top Students in Basic Subjects

AbstractIn the spirit of the National Document， the basic task of establishing moral and fostering people will be carried out， and the state will build a number of training bases for young talents and make innovations in systems， measures and models， and to strengthen international cooperation in the selection and training of the country’s urgently needed top talent in basic disciplines. The major of pharmacy is an interdisciplinary subject， which is based on biology and chemistry and combined with medicine， and improve people’s health and well-being， should also participate in and implement this top-notch program.

基础学科是国家创新发展的源泉、引导和支撑。培养基础学科一流人才是建设高等教育强国的重要战略任务。根据教育部等六部门发布《关于实施基础学科拔尖学生培养计划2.0的意见》精神，落实立德树人的根本任务，国家建设一批青年才俊培养基地，在体制、措施和模式上进行创新，并且加强国际合作，选拔和培养国家急需的基础学科拔尖人才，为新时代科学发展播种火种，为把我国建设成为世界主要科学中心和思想高地奠定人才基础。

经过5年的艰苦努力，目前已经建立了一批青年人才培养基地，一流人才的选拔和培养模式进一步完善，培养机制进一步健全，基础学科一流学生培养计划的示范作用更加突出，中国特色和世界一流水平的基础学科一流人才培养体系初步形成，涌现出一批促进科学腾飞、促进科学文化发展的优秀一流人才。……
