摘  要：在公共图书馆中县级图书馆是重要的组成部分之一，其可以有效地保护本地文化特色，对本土文化起到一定的传播作用，所以，就社会地位而言，县级图书馆是十分高的。但是在新时代，信息和数字化技术在社会中得到了广泛的应用，任何资源都可以在互联网中实现广泛的传播，这导致县级图书馆的发展遇到了一定的困难。在此背景下，县级图书馆想要提高自身在社会中的影响力，就要做好文化服务工作，对传统服务模式进行改革和创新，以实现更为顺利的发展。该文主要论述了县级图书馆文化服务的概述，现存在的问题，以及未来的优化措施。

Discussion on Developing Cultural Services in County Libraries

Abstract： County libraries are one of the important components in public libraries， which can effectively protect local cultural characteristics and play a certain role in spreading local culture， so they are very high as far as social status is concerned. However， in the new era， information and digital technology are widely used in the society， and any resources can be realized in the Internet in a wide range of traditions， which leads to certain difficulties in the development of county libraries. In this context， county libraries want to improve their influence in the society， they should do a good job in cultural services and reform and innovate the traditional service model to achieve smoother development. This paper mainly discusses the overview of cultural services of county libraries， the existing problems， and the future optimization measures.

從当下我国的发展情况来看，人们对自身文化和历史的重视程度在不断提高，图书馆由此可得到了良好的发展[1]。国家为有效提高人们的文化素养，也开始大力扶持图书馆建设[2]。其中县级图书馆占据了重要的位置，人们可以通过在县级图书馆中的学习，不断地充实和完善资金，为国家长远的发展做出贡献。由此可见，县级图书馆对社会发展而言是十分重要的。
