摘要高校思想政治教育是贯彻新时期教育方针、落实立德树人根本任务的体现，是促进大学生实现全面发展的有效助力。高校构建“3+1”思想政治教育协同育人模式，突出了思政系列课程的价值引导，融合了专业课的思政教学资源，充分发挥党团组织的课外思想引领作用，利于建设大思政协同育人的校园文化，应从整合思想政治教育资源、促进思想政治教育知行合一、革新思想政治教育方法、注重教育过程中人文关怀四个方面提高育人实效。

Research on Cooperative Education Mode of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

AbstractThe ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era is the embodiment of the educational policy in the new era， the embodiment of the fundamental task of implementing moral education， and the inevitable choice to realize the all-round development of college students. The construction of "3+1" collaborative education mode in colleges and universities highlights the main position of ideological and political series courses， integrates the ideological and political teaching resources of specialized courses，and gives full play to the extracurricular ideological leading role of Party and League organizations， which is conducive to the comprehensive construction of campus culture of collaborative ideological and political education. We should integrate the resources of ideological and political education，promote the unity of knowledge and practice in ideological and political education， reform the methods of ideological and political education， and pay attention to the humanistic care in the process of education to improve the practical effect of education.

1高校思想政治教育的必要性

1.1多元文化影响价值观念

如今受到功利主义、享乐主义等多元文化的冲击，学生受利益驱使容易出现错误的价值判断，思想政治理论系列课程对大学生进行价值引导的局限性日益明显。这就需要整合多方资源实现对受教育者的价值引领，究其根本而言是对社会上多元价值的取舍与统合，引导当代大学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。在众多的价值观念影响之下，尤其以社会主义核心观对新时代大学生的引导作用最为关键。

1.2大学生尚需价值引导

大学生群体从思维方式看已接近成人水平但并不成熟，并具有了初步的辨别是非的能力，从个性特征看讲义气、易冲动、做事鲁莽，总的来说大学生群体个性特征与思维方式还需完善，极易受到长辈、朋友以及重要他人的影响。……
