【摘要】目的：了解实习护生医养结合养老机构就业意愿现况，分析影响因素。方法：运用分层整群抽样的方法选取1158名四川省实习护生作为研究对象实施问卷调查，了解其对医养结合养老机构就业意愿现况，采用有序多分类 Logistic 回归分析进行多因素分析。结果：占38.60%的調查对象明确表示愿意毕业后到医养结合养老机构工作;对医养结合养老机构了解程度越高、FAQ1得分越高、KAOP 得分越高的调查对象选择医养结合养老机构就业意愿明显更强（P<0.01）。结论：实习护生医养结合养老机构就业意愿明显低于国内经济较发达地区报道，且影响因素较多，应根据影响因素采取针对性的干预措施。

【Abstract】Objective：Know about the current status of willingness to engage in the treatment-care combination nursing homes among the intern student nurses;explore the influence factors on willingness to engage in the treatment-care combination nursing homes among the intern student nurses.Methods：1158 intern student nurses in Sichuan were selected as the subjects of questionnaire investigation to investigate the current status of employment intention to work in treatment-care combination nursing homes among them，as well as the influencing factors. Results：Only 38.60% of the intern student nurses had clearly expressed they were willing to work the treatment-care combination nursing homes after graduation.The intern student nurses with better cognition of treatment-care combination nursing homes，higher FAQ1 scores，and higher KAOP scores had remarkably stronger willingness to work in the treatment-care combination nursing homes.Conclusions：The employment willingness to engage in the treatment-care combination nursing homes among the intern student nurses is markedly lower than that reported in other more well-developed do- mestic areas，and targeted intervention measures should be taken.

我国发展医养结合养老机构是解决我国严峻老龄化问

题的必然选择[1]。养老护理人才匮乏瓶颈严重制约医养结合养老机构的发展，而目前实习护生是我国最大的养老护理人才输出储备，因此研究实习护生医养结合养老机构就业意愿现况、分析影响因素具有重要意义。本研究通过调查四川省五所医学院校实习护生医养结合养老机构就业意愿现况，分析影响因素，为解决我国医养结合养老护理人才短缺问题提供参考。
