摘  要：高校思政理论课教师承担着高等学校马克思主义理论教育的重要任务，是新时代中国高校学生思想政治教育的中坚力量，承担着重要的育人职能。思政理论课教师获得感表现为归属情感、认同情感、尊严情感、荣誉情感及其价值追求。文章依据马克思关于人的需要理论出发，从人的价值角度，阐述教师获得感通过教师自我成长、国家社会对教师的评价与肯定、受教育对象的成长成才（成为社会有用的人）途径来实现。

Abstract： The teachers of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities undertake the important task of Marxist theoretical education in colleges and universities， and they are the backbone of ideological and political education of Chinese college students in the new era， and bear important educational functions. The teachers' sense of gain in Ideological and political theory course is expressed as belonging emotion， identity emotion， dignity emotion， honor emotion and value pursuit. Based on Marx's theory of human needs， from the perspective of human value， this paper expounds that teachers' sense of gain can be realized through teachers' self-development， the evaluation and affirmation of teachers by the state and society， and the growth and development of educated objects （becoming useful people in society）.

新時代高等学校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设是贯彻落实习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和十九大精神的需要，贯彻落实习近平总书记关于思想政治理论课教育重要论述的需要，全面贯彻党的教育方针的需要。从2020年3月1日开始实施的《新时代高等学校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设规定》中可知：加强学校思想政治理论课教师获得感培育，是新时代高等学校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设终极追求之一。在高校思想政治理论课的教育教学中，教师获得感事关教师队伍建设、思想政治理论课的获得感和课程有知有味性。

一、高校思想政治理论课教师具有不可替代的育人职能
