摘  要：随着现代教学理念的不断推进，我国高校逐渐意识到自身传统教学的不足，逐渐加快了教学改革的步伐。在高校体育教学管理中，相关管理教师应意识到传统体育教学管理的弊端，及时调整自身的管理方案，提高高校体育教学的综合质量，重视体育教师综合素质的提高，提高教师的教学质量，创新教师的教学思维。各高校体育教师应不断进行学习，补充自身的体育教学知识，根据学生的实际学习需求不同，进行教学方案的调整，提升高校体育教学的总体水平。

关键词：教育管理学  四大范畴  高校体育教学  管理创新

Abstract： With the continuous promotion of modern teaching concept， Chinese universities have gradually realized the shortcomings of their traditional teaching， and gradually accelerate the pace of teaching reform. In the management of physical education in colleges and universities， the relevant management teachers should realize the disadvantages of traditional physical education management， adjust their own management plan in time， improve the comprehensive quality of physical education in colleges and universities， attach importance to the improvement of the comprehensive quality of physical education teachers， improve the teaching quality and teaching thinking of teachers. Physical education teachers in colleges and universities should keep learning， supplement their own physical education knowledge， adjust the teaching plan according to the actual learning needs of students， and improve the overall level of physical education teaching in colleges and universities.

近年來，我国高校加大了体育教学的比重，逐步提升体育教学的质量。相关体育教学管理人员应不断进行管理方案的整合和创新，学习先进的教学管理经验，根据本校学生的实际状况，进行教学管理方案的调整、规划。并意识到创新体育教学管理模式的重要性，及时深化体育教学管理改革。在教学管理学四大范畴的视角下，进行体育教学管理的整改，对今后的体育教学提出高标准、严要求。

1  教育管理学的概念

教育管理学主要研究教学管理者如何在社会特定的情况下采用多种教学管理方式来激发教育中的激励因素，减少制约因素，进而提高教学管理的质量。广义的教育管理学是将整个教学管理系统作为自身的研究对象，对其教育过程及教育规律进行深入研究;狭义的教育管理学其主要研究对象为学校、教育机构、非营利组织机构等。……
