摘要： 在改革开放和国民经济不断增长的步伐下，人们的生活水平也越来越高。科技的进步也给人们带来诸多便利，现今社会各个行业领域以及人们的日常生活中都离不开电的使用，最基本的便是10kV电力的供应。这关系到人们的日常运作和，正常用电及生活安全，因此要想保证正常用电，10kV电力网配施工技术的质量很关键，所以，有效管理管10kV电力网配技术理意义重大。其管理措施的有效与否关系到电网安全的运行，同时也为整个电网工程的建设打下了良好的基础。文章就 10kV 电力配网工程存在的问及管理措施进行存在的问题作出全面分析并提出建议，以达到促使配网工程得到快速发展的目的。

Analysis of Effective Management of Construction Technology of 10kV Power Distribution Network Project

Abstract：With the pace of reform and opening up and the continuous growth of the national economy， peoples living standards are getting higher and higher. The advancement of science and technology has also brought many conveniences to people. Nowadays， various industries and peoples daily lives are inseparable from the use of electricity. The most basic thing is the supply of 10kV electricity. This is related to peoples daily operation and normal power consumption and safety of life. Therefore， to ensure normal power consumption， the quality of 10kV power grid distribution construction technology is critical. Therefore， it is of great significance to effectively manage the 10kV power grid distribution technology. The effectiveness of its management measures is related to the safe operation of the power grid， and it also lays a good foundation for the construction of the entire power grid project. The article makes a comprehensive analysis of the existing problems in the 10kV power distribution network project and management measures and puts forward suggestions to achieve the purpose of promoting the rapid development of the distribution network project.
