摘要：为了提高思想政治教育策略选择的精度和有效性，有针对性地做大学生思想政治教育工作具有重要的现实意义。在预设大学生群体意识行为正负激励的背景下，运用改进的磷虾群算法的良好寻优能力优化投影寻踪分析模型，建立IKHPP的思想政治教育策略模型。与KHPP相比，思想政治教育策略选择精度提高了3.95%和4.09%，从而说明IKHPP可以有效提高思想政治教育策略选择的精度。

Abstract：Inordertoimprovetheaccuracyandeffectivenessofideologicalandpoliticaleducationschemeselection，itisofgreatpracticalsignificancetodoagoodjobinideologicalandpoliticaleducationforcollegestudents.Underthebackgroundofpresettingpositiveandnegativeincentiveofcollegestudentsgroupconsciousnessbehavior，theprojectionpursuitanalysismodelisoptimizedbyusingthegoodsearchingabilityoftheimprovedkrillswarmalgorithm，andtheideologicalandpoliticaleducationstrategymodelofIKHPPisestablished.ComparedwithKHPP，theaccuracyofideologicalandpoliticaleducationstrategyselectionisimprovedby3.95%and4.09%，indicatingthatIKHPPcaneffectivelyimprovetheaccuracyofideologicalandpoliticaleducationstrategyselection.

0引言

隨着社会经济的发展和大学招生人数规模的不断扩大，有针对性地做好大学生思想政治教育工作具有重要的现实意义。大量研究表明[1]，大学生的个人意识和行为具有正相关性，因此通过正确合理的思想政治策略选择教育（正激励、负激励、树立榜样和标杆等），可以实现很好的教育工作效果。

为了提高思想政治教育策略选择的精度，在预设大学生群体意识行为正负激励的背景下[2]，运用改进的磷虾群（ImprovedKrillHerd，IKH）算法的良好寻优能力优化投影寻踪分析（ProjectionPursuit，PP）模型，建立IKHPP的思想政治教育策略模型。与KHPP相比，思想政治教育策略选择精度提高了3.95%和4.09%，从而说明IKHPP可以有效提高思想政治教育策略选择的精度。

1思想政治教育正负激励策略

正激励是指主动性的激励[3]，对于学生而言，正激励主要通过肯定、认可学生的积极行为，适当的物质奖励，以调动学生争当正面典型的积极性，正确的教育引导和科学管理，营造健康的舆论氛围，为学生个体树立学习的榜样，为集体指引正确的方向，用正确的舆论力量来抵制错误舆论。……
