摘要 近期开展的新农科建设将扎根中国大地掀起一场高等农林教育的质量革命，以“开改革发展新路，育卓越农林人才，树农林教育新标”三大举措，为我国高等农业教育指明新方向。高水平的师资队伍是建设高水平大学的重要保障，进一步加强师资队伍建设是涉农高校适应新农科建设的客观需求。从师资队伍各项结构指标，系统分析云南农业大学农学与生物技术学院师资队伍建设过程中生师比、年龄结构、职称结构、学缘结构等方面存在的不足，并以新农科建设为背景提出4项对策，为新时期的师资队伍建设提供参考。

Abstract The recent development of New Agricultural Science has ignited a quality revolution of higher agricultural education in China.Upholding three major measures as “blazing a new trial for reform and development， training excellent talents of agriculture， and establishing new standards of agricultural education”， it offered a new direction of higher agricultural education in China.Highcaliber teaching staff is an important guarantee for the building of highlevel universities， and further strengthening the construction of teaching staff is an objective demand of agriculturerelated colleges and universities to keep up with the development of New Agricultural Science.This paper systematically analyzes the shortcomings of our college in studentteacher ratio， age profile， professional title structure， the structure of graduation school and other aspects in the construction of teaching staff， and presents 4 countermeasures against the background of New Agricultural Science， thus providing a reference for the construction of teaching staff in this new stage.
