摘要 结合家畜繁殖学课程结构和现在大学生的自身特点，通过加强教学队伍建设，合理优化教学内容、改善教学方法和考核方式等环节，对塔里木大学家畜繁殖学重点课程进行了理论、实验教学建设和改革，旨在提高课堂教学效率，激发学生的学习兴趣，增强学生适应市场需要的能力，进而提高其就业竞争力。

Abstract Combined with the structure of livestock breeding courses and the characteristics of current college students， through strengthening the construction of teaching staff， optimizing the teaching contents， improving the teaching methods and examination methods， etc.， the construction and reform of the theory and experiment teaching of the key course of Livestock Breeding in Tarim University were performed， which aimed at improving the efficiency of classroom teaching， stimulating studentslearning interest， enhancing their ability to adapt to the needs of the market and improving their employment competitiveness.

家畜繁殖学是高等农林院校动物科学本科、畜牧兽医专科等专业必修的一门专业核心课程，是实践性很强的一门课程，在动物科学等专业人才培养中有重要地位[1-2]。家畜繁殖学主要的教学内容包括动物生殖生理和繁殖技术两部分。该课程教学的目的旨在使学生能够熟悉和掌握家畜的生殖生理普遍规律，掌握现代繁殖技术及其基本的操作技能训练，进而用于指导家畜的繁殖实践;培养學生综合运用多学科知识，为提高畜群繁殖效率和改良畜群品质而工作的能力[3]。

家畜繁殖学是塔里木大学建校以来动物科学等专业主要的专业核心课程，至今已有60年的历史。……
