[摘要] 目的 对保妇康栓联合雌激素软膏治疗糖尿病性阴道炎的临床疗效进行分析。 方法 随机将78例糖尿病性阴道炎患者分为对照组与联合组，收治时间在2018年6月—2019年6月，分别采用雌激素软膏、保妇康栓联合雌激素软膏进行治疗，对比治疗效果。 结果 ①治疗后联合组患者阴道pH值、促黄体激素、促卵泡激素水平均低于对照组，且雌二醇水平高于对照组，数据差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。②治疗后联合组患者生活质量评分高于对照组，数据差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。③联合组治疗优良率97.4%高于对照组治疗优良率76.9%，数据差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 保妇康栓联合雌激素软膏治疗糖尿病性阴道炎的临床疗效较好，不仅改善了患者阴道微环境，更提高了患者的生活质量，可作为治疗糖尿病性阴道炎的首选药物。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Baofukang suppository combined with estrogen ointment in the treatment of diabetic vaginitis. Methods 78 patients with diabetic vaginitis were randomly divided into a control group and a combined group. The treatment time was from June 2018 to June 2019. They were treated with estrogen ointment， Baofukang suppository combined with estrogen ointment， respectively. treatment effect. Results 1.After treatment， the vaginal pH， luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone levels of the combined group were lower than those of the control group， and the level of estradiol was higher than that of the control group. The different were statistical significantly different （P<0.05）. 2.After treatment， the quality of life score of the patients in the combined group was higher than that in the control group， and the different was statistically significant（P<0.05）. 3.The excellent and good rate of treatment in the combined group was 97.4% higher than that in the control group， 76.9%， the different was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Baofukang suppository combined with estrogen ointment has a good clinical effect on diabetic vaginitis. It not only improves the patient's vaginal microenvironment， but also improves the patient's quality of life.

在婦科疾病中阴道炎是常见且多发的一种疾病，阴道炎多发绝经前后女性，临床表现以阴道分泌物增多为主，也有一部分患者阴道分泌物中带血[1]。根据临床数据资料显示糖尿病患者发生阴道炎的几率较高，对其工作及生活造成了极大的影响，降低了患者的生活质量。糖尿病性阴道炎的发生因素比较多，因此治疗方式也比较多，达到的治疗效果也有所不同[2]。在糖尿病病情被控制之后，会使用药物治疗阴道炎，使用雌激素虽然改善了阴道内环境、激素水平，但是在一定程度上也增加了各种疾病的患病率，为此寻找有效且安全性高的药物治疗糖尿病性阴道炎一直是临床重点关注方向[3]。该次研究于2018年6月—2019年6月选取78例患者旨在分析保妇康栓联合雌激素软膏治疗糖尿病性阴道炎的临床疗效，报道如下。
