摘要 目的：讨论综合护理干预对妊娠期高血压患者睡眠与血压的影响。方法：选取2018年4月至2019年10月期间厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院收治的妊娠期高血压患者110例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组（常规护理）与观察组（综合性护理），每组55例。观察指标：血压及PSQI评分。结果：观察组患者出院时的血压指标明显低于对照组（P<0.05）;观察组患者干预后的PSQI评分明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：综合性护理干预措施的实施将有效稳定妊高症患者的血压水平，改善其睡眠质量，值得推广。

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Sleep and Blood Pressure of Patients with Pregnancy Induced Hypertension

Abstract Objective：To discuss the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on sleep and blood pressure of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods：A Total of 110 patients with gestational hypertension admitted in our hospital from April 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into the control group（routine nursing）and the study group（Comprehensive Nursing）with 55 cases each.The evaluation criteria were blood pressure and PSQI score.Results：The blood pressure index in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P<0.05），and the PSQI score in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of comprehensive nursing interventions will effectively stabilize the blood pressure level of PIH patients and improve their sleep quality，which is worth popularizing.

妊娠期高血压也被简称为“妊高症”，该病症属于妊娠期常见并发症状，数据显示[1]，孕妇在妊娠期患有该病症的机率高达10%，患有该病症后患者将出现程度不同的睡眠障碍，导致极大降低其睡眠质量，而不良睡眠状态又会反增患者血压，并会影响到胎儿的正常发育及临床治疗效果，经临床经验证实[2]，给予妊高症孕妇综合护理将有效改善其睡眠质量及血压水平。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2018年4月至2019年10月期间厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院收治的妊娠期高血压患者110例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组（常规护理）与观察组（综合性护理），每组55例。对照组平均年龄（27.8±3.8）岁，平均孕周（26.5±0.6）周，平均病程（3.5±0.5）周;观察组平均年龄为（27.2±4.0）岁，平均孕周（26.7±0.7）周，平均病程（3.8±0.7）周。2组患者一般资料经统计学分析，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。

1.2 诊断标准 与第5版《妇产科》中对妊高症描述诊断标准相符患者;伴随有睡眠障碍患者;各常规检查指标均正常患者，例如血常规以及尿常规等;对本次研究知情并通过本院伦理委员会审批后的患者。
