摘 要 當前我国已经步入了信息化发展时代，人们在日常生活和工作中对电脑、多媒体以及各种网络通信技术应用层次越来越高，加快了人们的生活节奏，同时提高了人们的信息传输质量以及生活质量。基于此，本文重点针对信息化发展环境下，医院档案队伍建设工作展开了分析和研究，有效提出了信息化发展背景下，医院档案队伍建设工作的相关要点以及策略，对提高医院档案管理工作的质量和效率有着重要的意义。

Abstract at present， China has entered the era of information development， people in daily life and work on the computer， multimedia and a variety of network communication technology application level is increasingly high， to speed up the pace of peoples life， and improve the quality of information transmission and quality of life.Based on this， this paper analyzes and studies the construction of hospital archives team under the information development environment， and effectively proposes the key points and strategies of the construction of hospital archives team under the information development background， which is of great significance to improve the quality and efficiency of hospital archives management.

当前我国信息技术的不断发展，有效推动着我国各行各业工作模式的革新，在医院的日常工作和管理工作中，信息化技术在其中的应用程度越来越高，尤其是医院的档案管理工作中，对信息化技术的运用取得了良好的工作效果。由于医院内部的档案资料数量相对比较庞大，同时涉及了非常复杂的数据信息，传统姿势下通过人力来进行档案管理工作所表现出的工作量相对较大，同时在精确度上也无法得到有效的保障。通过信息化技术的有效应用，有效提高了医院信息档案管理工作的整体质量和效率，同时也对档案管理工作人员的工作技能提出了更高的标准。
