摘  要：伴随着社会经济快速发展，广大人民群众对精神文化需求愈加强烈。在这一发展形势下，人民对建筑设计与景观设计的融合提出了更高地要求。為此，设计人员需要深入地探究建筑设计与景观设计的融合设计要点，掌握融合设计技巧，提升融合设计水平，以此切实满足人民对建筑与景观设计的需求。

Abstract： With the rapid development of social economy， the broad masses of people have a stronger demand for spiritual culture. In this development situation， people have higher requirements for the integration of architectural design and landscape design. For this reason， designers need to deeply explore the key points of the integration of architectural design and landscape design， master integration design skills， and improve the level of integration design， so as to effectively meet the needs of the people for architecture and landscape design.

引言

在现代社会下，建筑业竞争日趋激烈。为增强行业竞争力，房地产开发商需要构建科学的建筑设计与景观设计的融合方案，打造特色住宅小区，以此吸引更多消费者的注意力。与此同时，房地产开发商需要在工作中总结两者融合设计经验，构建合理的融合设计体系，有效指导两者融合设计工作。

1 建筑设计的景观理念概述

1.1 景观理念中的建筑设计

通过开展建筑设计工作，有利于提升建筑建设水平， 凸显建筑风格。现如今，广大人民群众的审美水平逐渐提升。为满足广大人民群众审美需要，要充分地协调建筑结构与建筑外观两者之间的关系。景观设计与建筑设计两者相辅相成，相互促进。在进行建筑设计时，要保证建筑设计工作与景观理念的适应性。其中，就需要优化建筑设计内容，增加建筑结构的面积，同时要提高资源利用率，避免浪费社会资源，进而促进社会可持续发展。

1.2 基于绿色建筑设计的景观发展理念
