摘  要：近几年，我国建筑行业得到了飞速发展，建筑工程管理成为了其中的一项重要内容，其对我国建筑行业的发展意义重大。传统的建筑管理模式已经无法适应现代建筑行业发展的需求，因此，要不断对建筑管理模式进行创新，使其可以适应我国建筑行业发展需求。

Abstract： In recent years， China's construction industry has developed rapidly， and construction project management has become an important part of it， which is of great significance to the development of China's construction industry. The traditional construction management mode has been unable to meet the needs of the development of the modern construction industry. Therefore， it is necessary to constantly innovate the construction management mode so that it can meet the needs of the development of China's construction industry.

建筑工程創新模式应用要与我国建筑行业发展要求相符，而且要能使建筑工程质量和效率都能够得到进一步提升。建筑工程管理创新模式可以使企业在生产过程的经济效益能够得到进一步提升。可见，建筑管理创新十分关键，因此要做好创新，加快我国建筑行业发展。

1 建筑工程管理创新模式应用的重要性

1.1 提高企业竞争力

市场经济的快速发展促进了建筑行业的发展，现代建筑企业面临着激烈的市场竞争压力，建筑企业要依据实际情况，不断提升建筑工程施工效率和建筑工程质量，对传统管理理念进行转变，树立先进管理意识，对管理模式进行合理优化，进而保证建筑工程施工作业的顺利进行[1]。对管理模式进行适当改进，能够适应整个建筑行业的发展，使企业在市场中的核心竞争力得到进一步提升，通过合理方式对电子化管理模式和信息技术进行应用，促进建筑行业持续发展。
