摘  要：大学生创新创业项目评价能够为大学创新教育和创业实践活动提供可行性分析和问题诊断，文章构建了大学生创新创业项目评价的多层次指标体系，利用模糊数学的思想和方法，引入一种新的综合评价模型并进行分析和计算，其评价结果能够比较客观地反映出大学生创新创业项目的综合水平，为评价大学生创新创业项目活动提供更为科学合理的方法。

Abstract： The innovative and entrepreneurship project evaluation could provide a feasibility analysis and problem diagnosis in process of innovation education and entrepreneurship practice activities of college students. In this paper the multilevel index system is constructed to evaluate innovative and entrepreneurial project for college students. A new comprehensive evaluation model is introduced considering the fuzzy mathematical thought and method. By analyzing and calculating relevant data， the evaluation result is obtained to reflect objectively the comprehensive level of innovative and entrepreneurial of projects for college students. This paper provides a more scientific and reasonable method to evaluate the students' innovative undertaking project activities.

创新是一个民族进步的灵魂，是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。大学生参与创新创业训练能够有效推动高等学校教育思想观念的转变和人才培养模式改革，不断增强大学生的实践能力并提高整个社会的科技水平。自教育部2012年开展实施高等学校创新创业训练计划项目以来，大学生创新创业训练计划已经纳入本科生教学管理体系，随着各级创新训练平台的搭建和项目孵化培育等政策措施的落实，极大地推动了大学生创业活动的开展并进一步推动经济的发展。目前，有关大学生创新创业的研究主要集中在大学生创新能力的培养方面，而且大多局限于定性研究，对具体的大学生创新项目评价的研究还不够深入，亟需利用有效的数理方法和模型对其作出定量化的评价分析。由于大学生对社会经济活动了解程度不深，因此利用项目分析和评价反……
