【摘 要】目的：分析宫颈癌放疗患者给予人文关怀护理的效果。方法：在本院2017年3月至2019年3月收治的宫颈癌放疗患者中抽取60例，分为对照组（n=30例，予以常规护理）、观察组（n=30例，予以人文关怀护理）。对比两组患者护理前后抑郁与生活质量评分;对比两组患者并发症出现率。结果：护理前，两组患者抑郁评分差异不明显，护理后，两组患者抑郁评分均显著降低，观察组患者抑郁评分降低幅度大于对照组患者。观察组患者在躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能以及物质生活等方面评分均显著高于对照组患者，说明观察组患者生活质量更高;观察组患者与对照组患者并发症出现率分别为6.66%、23.33%，说明观察组患者护理效果更优。结论：宫颈癌放疗患者给予人文关怀护理的效果较为显著，利于改善患者抑郁情绪，提高患者生活质量，降低并发症出现率。

Abstract：To analyze the effect of humanistic care on patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy. Methods： Sixty patients with cervical cancer treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected and divided into the control group （n = 30 patients， given routine care） and the observation group （n = 30 patients， given humanities）. Caring care）. The depression and quality of life scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups; the incidence of complications was compared between the two groups. Results： Before nursing， there was no significant difference in the depression scores between the two groups. After nursing， the depression scores of the two groups were significantly reduced. The depression scores of the observation group were greater than those of the control group. Patients in the observation group scored significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of physical function， psychological function， social function， and material life， indicating that the quality of life of the patients in the observation group was higher; the incidence of complications in the observation group and the control group was 6.66%. ， 23.33%， indicating that the patients in the observation group had better nursing effect.

宫颈癌是较常见的一种女性生殖道恶性肿瘤疾病。伴随社会的不断发展，社会观念的日益开放，宫颈癌发病率也逐年提升，严重威胁女性患者的生命健康。治疗女性宫颈癌主要通过放疗的方式，然在放疗期间，由于许多患者认知疾病程度较低，所以会产生紧张、恐惧等消极心理，会严重影响到患者的临床治疗效果。在此情况下，在放疗期间，需良好开展护理工作，降低患者心理压力。对此，本文主要研究对宫颈癌放疗患者给予人文关怀护理的效果，现研究报告如下。……
