[摘要] 目的 分析2型糖尿病合并OSAHS老年患者血糖指标及护理效果。方法 该次的研究对象选自2017年11月—2019年10月期间，该院收治的80例2型糖尿病合并OSAHS老年患者，随机分为对照组（n=40例）及观察组（n=40例），对照组接受常规护理，观察组接受综合护理，观察两组患者的睡眠指标、血糖指标、生活质量评分情况。结果 观察组患者的睡眠指标，与对照组患者对比，差异有统计学意义（t=22.224、2.382，P<0.05）;观察组患者的血糖指标，与对照组患者对比，差异有统计学意义（t=8.319、15.178、4.158，P<0.05）;观察组患者的生活质量评分，与对照组对比，差异有统计学意义（t=4.632、4.356、4.736、4.765，P<0.05）。結论 2型糖尿病合并OSAHS患者接受综合护理，能够有效改善患者的睡眠质量，降低血糖水平，提升整体的生活质量，临床效果良好。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the blood glucose index and nursing effect of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and OSAHS. Methods 80 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and OSAHS admitted to the hospital from November 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into control group （n=40 cases） and observation group （n=40 cases）. The control group received routine nursing， the observation group received comprehensive nursing， and observed the sleep index， blood glucose index and quality of life score of the two groups. Results Compared with the control group， the sleep index of the observation group was statistically significant（t=22.224， 2.384， P<0.05）; the blood glucose index of the observation group was statistically significant compared with the control group （t=8.319， 15.178， 4.158， P<0.05）; the quality of life scores of patients in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group（t=4.632， 4.356， 4.736， 4.765， P<0.05）. Conclusion  The comprehensive nursing of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with OSAHS can effectively improve the sleep quality， reduce the blood sugar level and improve the overall quality of life. The clinical effect is good.

2型糖尿病是我国较为常见的慢性代谢性疾病，此病多发生于老年人群[1]。2型糖尿病患者的血糖水平长期处于较高的状态，这时会对其神经系统、循环系统等造成不同程度的损伤，患者容易出现多种并发症[2]。阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）是2型糖尿病患者常见的并发症之一，此种疾病属于睡眠障碍性疾病，患者会出现打鼾、反复呼吸暂停等症状，对患者的身体健康和生活质量有严重影响，因此需要对患者实施合理的治疗和护理[3-4]。该文的研究对象选自2017年11月—2019年10月期间，该院收治的80例2型糖尿病合并OSAHS老年患者分别实施常规护理和综合护理，对比两种护理的效果、患者的睡眠指标、血糖指标、生活质量评分情况，现报道如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

该次的研究对象该院收治的80例2型糖尿病合并OSAHS老年患者，随机分为对照组（n=40例）及观察组（n=40例）。对照组中，年龄60～83岁，平均年龄（71.52±7.04）岁;男性25例、女性15例。观察组中，年龄61～84岁，平均年龄（72.44±7.11）岁;男性26例、女性14例。……
