摘  要：目的：研究消毒供应室工作的质量管理方法和效果。方法：以本院2019年3月—2020年2月在职的36名消毒供应室工作人员为研究对象，以实施消毒供应室质量管理前后为分组标准，并将实施前的200次消毒事件纳入对照组，将实施后的200次消毒事件纳入观察组，分析质量控制效果。结果：观察组实施质量管理后，工作人员综合素质、器械回收质量、器械清洗质量、器械消毒灭菌质量等评分均高于对照组（P < 0.05）。观察组消毒供应室不良事件发生率0.0%，明显低于对照组的2.0%（P < 0.05）。结论：对消毒供应室进行质量管理，可提升工作质量，避免不良事件的发生。

Abstract： Objective： To study the quality management method and effect of disinfection supply room. Method： Taking 36 staff of disinfection and supply room in our hospital from March 2019 to February 2020 as the research object， taking the implementation of quality management of disinfection and supply room as the grouping standard， 200 disinfection events before implementation were included in the control group， and the 200 disinfection events after implementation were included in the observation group， and the quality control effect was analyzed. Results： After the implementation of quality management in the observation group， the comprehensive quality of staff， the quality of equipment recovery， the quality of instrument cleaning， the quality of instrument disinfection and sterilization were higher than those of the control group （P < 0.05）. The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 0.0%， which was significantly lower than 2.0% of the control group （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： The quality management of disinfection supply room can improve the work quality and avoid the occurrence of adverse events.

一、前言

消毒供应室是对医院各科室使用的手术器械进行回收消毒并发放的场所，其工作质量直接关系患者的治疗安全，影响医院运营质量。对目前消毒供应室工作质量进行调查后发现，存在很多不足和漏洞，需要加以改正[1]。随着与消毒供应室工作质量有关的各种院内感染事件层出不穷，各大医疗机构开始对医疗器械的消毒质量进行广泛的关注。从根本上和直接原因分析，医疗器械的质量与消毒供应室的工作质量密切相关，是消毒供应室管理质量的体现。为了提升医院消毒供应室的工作质量，保证患者治疗安全，本研究通过提升消毒供应室管理人员、工作人员的消毒灭菌意识，以及提升管理质量和加大对消毒供應室各环节的质量规范等措施，探讨对消毒供应室工作质量的管理办法，并分析其应用效果。……
