【摘要】 目的：研究乌灵胶囊联合匹维溴铵治疗肠易激综合征的临床效果。方法：于2018年10月-2019年10月从笔者所在医院收治的肠易激综合征患者中选取86例作为研究对象。根据入院单双号进行分组，单号纳入常规组，双号纳入研究组，每组43例。常规组口服匹维溴铵，研究组在常规组基础上加用乌灵胶囊，观察两组治疗前后临床症状缓解情况、生活质量、心理状态及不良反应。结果：研究组治疗后临床症状积分、SDS评分及SAS评分均明显低于常规组，生活质量评分明显高于常规组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：针对肠易激综合征患者，在口服匹維溴铵的同时加用乌灵胶囊，可以显著改善临床症状，缓解不良身心状态，提高生活质量，且未增加不良反应，值得在临床中大力推广。

Clinical Study on Wuling Capsule Combined with Pinaverium Bromide for Irritable Bowel Syndrome/LI Yurong， ZENG Duan， YANG Bing. //Chinese and Foreign Medical Research， 2020， 18（17）： -43

[Abstract] Objective： To study the clinical effect of Wuling Capsules combined with Pinaverium Bromide in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. Method： From October 2018 to October 2019， 86 patients with irritable bowel syndrome treated in our hospital were selected as research subjects. According to admission numbers， patients who received single number was included in the routine group，and patients who received double number was included in the study group， 43 patients in each group. The routine group was given Pinaverium Bromide orally， while the study group was given Wuling Capsules on the basis of the routine group， and the clinical symptom relief， quality of life， psychological state， and adverse reactions before and after treatment of the two groups were observed. Result： After treatment， the clinical symptom scores， SDS score and SAS score in the study group were significantly lower than those of the routine group， and the quality of life score was significantly higher than that of the routine group， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups， and the difference was not statistically significant （P>0.05）. Conclusion： In addition to oral treatment with Pinaverium Bromide， adding Wuling Capsules to patients with irritable bowel syndrome can significantly improve the clinical symptoms， alleviate the adverse physical and mental state， improve quality of life， and the adverse reactions have not increased. It is highly recommended in the clinic.

临床中，肠易激综合征较多见，属于功能性肠胃疾病，主要表现为腹胀、腹痛、大便性状改变等[1]。虽然肠易激综合征不是器质性疾病，且目前也没有任何科学依据证明本病可诱发严重并发症，但肠易激综合征会显著降低患者生活质量[2]。现阶段，临床尚未完全明确肠易激综合征的发病原因，也没有特效药物能够彻底治愈，但联合用药可能会提高临床效果[3]。鉴于此，本文以86例肠易激综合征患者为研究对象，探讨乌灵胶囊与匹维溴铵联合治疗的效果，以供临床参考。
