【摘要】 目的 观察纯中药降血脂片对高脂血症大鼠血脂水平的影响。方法 选取高脂饲料喂养大鼠， 造成高脂血症模型， 口服给药45 d后腹动脉采血， 测定血清总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）水平。结果 供试品低、中、高剂量组大鼠血清TG、TC水平与空白组比较， 差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。低剂量组TG、HDL-C水平与空白组比较， 差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;供试品低、中、高剂量组TC、TG、HDL-C水平与模型组比较， 差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 纯中药降血脂片对高脂血症模型大鼠具有辅助降血脂作用。

Experimental study on the effect of Chinese herbal medicine Jiangzhi tablet on hyperlipidemia rats   MA Ying-chun， HE Jun-quan， LYU Dong， et al. Gansu Drug Inspection and Research Institute， Lanzhou 730070， China

【Abstract】 Objective   To observe the effect of Chinese herbal medicine Jiangzhi tablet on hyperlipidemia rats. Methods   The rats were fed with high-fat diet to establish hyperlipidemia model. Blood samples were collected from abdominal artery 45 d after oral administration. The serum levels of total cholesterol （TC）， triglyceride （TG） and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） were measured. Results   There was statistically significant differences in serum TG and TC levels of low， medium and high dose groups compared with that of the blank group （P<0.05）. There was statistically significant difference in TG and HDL-C levels of low-dose group compared with that of blank group （P<0.05）. There was statistically significant differences in serum TC， TG and HDL-C levels of low， medium and high dose groups compare with that of model group （P<0.05）. Conclusion   Chinese herbal medicine Jiangzhi tablet has the auxiliary effect of reducing blood lipid in hyperlipidemia model rats.

隨着社会的飞速发展， 人们物质生活水平不断提高， 高脂血症已经成为一种常见病， 严重影响了人们的健康水平。目前临床针对高脂血症治疗以药物为主， 但疗效不甚理想且副作用大， 此时寻找一种疗效显著且副作用小的药物非常必要。本实验对高脂血症模型大鼠灌胃一定浓度的纯中药降脂片， 通过测定血清TC、TG、HDL-C水平， 评估纯中药降脂片的功效， 为临床合理使用提供科学依据。

1 材料与方法

1. 1 材料 大鼠饲养架， 采血针， 基础饲料及高脂饲料（78.8%基础饲料、1%胆固醇、10%蛋黄粉和10%猪油、0.2%胆盐）（北京科澳协力饲料有限公司， 基础饲料批号20181101， 高脂饲料批号20181102）， 纯中药降血脂片（简称供试品）（甘肃省商业科技研究所有限公司， 批号2017010606），本实验均得到甘肃省药品检验研究院动物伦理委员会的批准。

1. 2 仪器和试剂 紫外可见分光光度计（U-3010 日立）， HDL-C试剂盒（批号20180728）;TC试剂盒（批号20180728）;TG试剂盒（批号20180728）;以上试剂均由南京建成生物工程研究所提供。

1. 3 给药剂量 根据供试品人用剂量0.0252 g/kg（按60 kg计算），按照保健食品检验与评价技术规范要求[1]， 本实验采用人……
