[摘要]目的：探讨负压创面治疗技术联合局部氧疗修复小腿创面的效果。方法：选取2017年4月-2018年4月笔者医院收治的小腿创面修复患者164例，根据治疗方法不同将其随机分为两组，对照組采用负压创面治疗技术，研究组应用负压创面治疗技术联合局部氧疗。比较两组患者疗效、创面愈合时间、住院费用、视觉疼痛模拟评分（Visual analogue score，VAS）、满意度、创面愈合率及并发症发生情况。结果：研究组疗效、创面愈合率及满意度高于对照组，创面愈合时间、住院费用、VAS评分及并发症发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：负压创面治疗技术联合局部氧疗修复小腿创面疗效显著，值得临床应用。

Study on the Application of Negative Pressure Wound Therapy Combined with Local Oxygen Therapy in Leg Wound Repair

Abstract： Objective  To investigate the application effect of negative pressure wound therapy combined with local oxygen therapy in the repair of calf wounds. Methods  A total of 164 patients with calf wound repair in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with negative pressure wound therapy and the study group applied negative pressure wound therapy combined with local oxygen therapy. Therapeutic techniques are combined with local oxygen therapy. The efficacy， wound healing time， hospitalization cost， visual analogue score （VAS）， satisfaction degree， wound healing rate and complications were compared between the two groups. Results  The curative effect， wound healing rate and satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group， while the wound healing time， hospitalization expenses， VAS score and complication rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group， and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion  Negative pressure wound therapy combined with local oxygen therapy has a significant effect on the repair of leg wound， which is worthy of clinical application.

随着我国社会经济发展速度的加快，工业、建筑业、交通事故引发的四肢高能量损伤患者逐渐增多，尤其是小腿创面损伤，发生创面损伤的患者，容易合并有软组织坏死、肢体短缩畸形、骨感染等，如果不能及时接受有效地治疗，会造成严重的后果[1]。局部氧疗是临床上治疗创面的新型技术，该方法可以有效降低患者治疗费用，更加方便地为创面输送所需氧气。负压创面治疗技术（Negative pressure wound therapy，NPWT）也是临床上治疗创面常用的方法，该方法由于对创面的密封性较好，引流充分等优势可以有效预防外部细菌侵入到伤口，可以有效改善创面处的血液循环，加快创面愈合，近年在临床创面治疗中发挥着重要的作用[2]。但是，负压创面治疗技术会使患者的创面一直处于缺氧、干燥状态，这容易为厌氧菌的生长创造有利条件，存在加重患者病情的风险。……
