[摘要]目的：探究全面护理模式对行眼球摘除术患者重塑面部自信的影响。方法：随机选取笔者医院2016年6月-2019年7月就诊的102例行眼球摘除术的患者作为研究对象，按患者就诊顺序随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规病区的护理模式，观察组采用全面护理模式。对两组患者护理前后心理状态、面部自信情况及护理服务质量进行比较分析。结果：护理前，两组患者SAS、SDS评分以及面部自信评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）;护理后，观察组SAS、SDS、面部自信评分、面部自信率以及护理质量优良率均显著优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：全面护理模式不仅对于消除眼球摘除患者负面心理、快速康复及重塑面部自信具有积极意义，而且对眼科整体护理质量的提升有显著性作用，值得推广应用。

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Measures to Facial Self-confidence of Patients with Ophthalmectomy

Abstract： Objective  To study the effect of comprehensive nursing to facial self-confidence of patients with ophthalmectomy. Methods  102 patients with ophthalmectomy in our hospital from June 2016 to July 2019 were selected. with The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of treatment. The control group adopted routine nursing measures， the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing measures. The psychological status， facial self-confidence and nursing service quality of the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results  There were no significant differences in SAS， SDS， and facial confidence between the two groups before nursing （P>0.05）. After nursing， the SAS， SDS， facial confidence score， facial self-confidence rate and quality of care in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion  The comprehensive nursing measures is positive for eliminating negative psychology， rapid recovery and reshaping facial confidence in patients with ophthalmectomy. It also has a significant effect on the improvement of the overall quality of ophthalmology care， which is worthy of promotion and application.

眼球摘除是眼科疾病及眼外傷中患者最难接受的治疗方法，也是眼科医生为解除患眼剧痛或威胁健眼甚至生命而采取的治疗措施[1-3]。由于疼痛及容貌的残缺，患者在手术前后身心波动极大，会产生各种身心护理问题，而持续有效的护理是手术成功、术后迅速恢复、义眼成功安装、患者自我认可及适应社会的良好保证[4-6]，所以对此类患者实施持续有效的护理是不容忽视的。常规护理仅关注问题本身，往往忽略了患者因疾病导致的心理困扰，全面护理模式则深入地了解患者身心需求并着重于引导排除患者负面心理，从而使患者积极乐观地面对疾病、主动接受护理，积极乐观地融入社会生活。鉴于……
