[摘要]美塑疗法是近年来皮肤美容领域的新兴技术，同时也是经皮给药的一种新的突破。如何正确地认识美塑疗法，怎样合理、规范地将美塑疗法应用于皮肤美容是一个亟待解决的问题。近来美塑疗法在我国也受到了广泛重视。本共识从美塑疗法的基础知识、配方的原则、适应证、禁忌证及常见不良反应的处理给出了专家的意见，希望有助于推动美塑疗法在皮肤美容中科学发展。

Expert Consensus on the Application of Methothrapy in Aesthetic Dermatology

Abstract： Methothrapy is a technique which is emerging in the field of cosmetic dermatology and a new breakthrough in transdermal drug delivery. Recently， how to understand methothrapy correctly， and apply methothrapy to cosmetic dermatology in a reasonable and standardized way is an urgent problem to be solved. Methothrapy has also received extensive attention in China.This consensus includes the basic knowledge of methothrapy，principles of formula，indications， contraindications， common adverse reactions and solutions.We hope that this consensus could promote the scientific development of methothrapy in cosmetic dermatology.

美塑疗法（Mesotherapy），即采用注射等微创方式将药物或其他活性物质分布到皮内、皮下结缔组织（筋膜、脂肪）、肌肉等组织内的治疗方法，也可以看作一种新型的物理辅助经皮给药技术。将Mesotherapy译为“美塑疗法”，较好地反映了这种技术的本质特点，与其在美容、塑身等领域的应用不谋而合。

1  美塑疗法的历史

美塑疗法最早于1952年由Dr. Pistor提出，他首先发现在耳周皮肤内注射小剂量普鲁卡因，可以改善听力障碍[1-2]。1958年，Pistor在文章中表示“针对中胚层组织（Mesoderm）的注射治疗作用是如此广泛”，第一次提出美塑疗法（Mesotherapy）的概念，他将美塑疗法描述为“最小剂量在正确位置注射”[3]。Pistor于1964年成立了法国美塑疗法治疗学会，并于1976年在吕布雷举行了第一次美塑疗法的国际会议。1987年，法国国家医学院正式承认美塑疗法的合法性。……
