[摘要] 目的 探讨2型糖尿病肾病患者肺功能变化规律临床研究。方法 观察组为2018年6月—2019年6月收治的50例2型糖尿病肾病患者，对照组为同期体检且正常的50名志愿者，对所有人员进行血糖与肺功能检查，评价两组人员血糖指标以及肺功能指标。结果 观察组血糖水平均高于对照组，且不同分期患者血糖水平均差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组患者肺功能指标较对照组更差，且不同糖尿病分期患者其肺功能指标也差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 2型糖尿病肾病患者存在严重的血糖异常与肺功能改变，且病情越严重对应的血糖水平更高，肺功能损害更严重，对2型糖尿病肾病患者应重视对其肺功能的定期评估。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical study on the changes of lung function in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods The observation group was 50 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy admitted from June 2018 to June 2019， and the control group was 50 normal volunteers who had physical examinations during the same period. Blood glucose and lung function tests were performed on all personnel to evaluate the two groups. Personnel blood glucose indicators and lung function indicators were evaluated. Results The blood glucose level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group， and the blood glucose levels of patients in different stages were statsitically significant different（P<0.05）; the lung function indexes of the observation group were worse than the control group， and the lung function indexes of patients with different diabetes stages also existed， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy have severe blood glucose abnormalities and changes in lung function， and the more severe the disease， the higher the blood glucose level and the more severe lung function damage. Patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy should pay attention to regular evaluation of their lung function.

2型糖尿病是糖尿病的主要類型，也是中老年人群中最常见的慢性疾病之一。结合当前临床文献资料报道，我国2型糖尿病发病率不断增加，而患者血糖控制合格率以及健康知识知晓率较低，这些都造成较多2型糖尿病患者出现相关并发症，轻则影响生活质量，重则危及生命安全[1]。目前临床关于糖尿病相关并发症的研究不断增多，糖尿病肾病是糖尿病较为严重的并发症，也是引起终末期肾脏疾病的重要原因之一。2型糖尿病肾病早期症状不明显，患者容易忽视，而在症状明显时病情已经较为严重，糖尿病肾病相对于单纯2型糖尿病，其疾病危害进一步加大。临床报道指出2型糖尿病肾病会损害患者的肺功能，但是关于这一方面的研究较少[2]。该文结合该院2018年6月—2019年6月收治的50例2型糖尿病肾病患者资料，对其不同糖尿病肾病分期对应肺功能改变情况予以分析，进而指导临床诊治，现报道如下。
