【摘要】 目的：探讨在新生儿护理中采用优质护理管理方案的临床价值。方法：选择笔者所在医院2019年1-12月出生新生儿214例为对象，按照随机数表法将其分为对照组（n=107，常规护理）与试验组（n=107，优质护理管理干预），于出院时评价家属的护理满意度及护理管理基本情况（疾病发生率、家属信任度、宣教有效率）。结果：试验组护理满意度为98.13%（105/107），高于对照组的87.85%（94/107），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。试验组疾病发生率1.87%（2/107），低于对照组的7.48%（8/107），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），试验组家属信任度、宣教有效率分别为95.33%（102/107）、96.26%（103/107），明显高于对照组的81.31%（87/107）、84.11%（90/107），差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在新生儿护理中采用优质护理管理方案能够有效提高家属对护理服务的满意度，可预防新生儿疾病，提高家属信任度与健康教育的效果，值得推广。

Discussion on the Application Effect of High Quality Nursing Management in Neonatal Nursing/LIN Xiaoyan， DENG Xiaoxia， LI Xiaomei. //Chinese and Foreign Medical Research， 2020， 18（19）： -106

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the clinical value of adopting quality nursing management scheme in neonatal care. Method： From January to December 2019， 214 cases of neonatal birth in our hospital were selected as the object， according to the random indicator method they were divided into routine nursing group （n=107） and is made of high quality nursing management intervention group （n=107）， the evaluation of family nursing satisfaction when discharged from hospital and nursing management of basic situation （the incidence of disease， family trust， mission effectiveness）. Result： The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 98.13% （105/107）， higher than that of the control group [（87.85% （94/107）] （P<0.05）. The incidence of disease in the experimental group was 1.87% （2/107）， less than that in the control group 7.48%（8/107） （P<0.05）. The family trust and effective rate of propaganda and education in the experimental group were 95.33% （102/107） and 96.26% （103/107）， respectively， which were significantly higher than those in the control group （81.31% （87/107） and 84.11% （90/107）， respectively （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The adoption of quality nursing management scheme in neonatal care can effectively improve the satisfaction of family members with nursing services， prevent neonatal diseases， and improve the effect of family members trust and health education， which is worthy of promotion.

新生兒属于临床中较为特殊的群体，抵抗力、免疫力不强，很容易受到外界环境的影响，容易出现疾病，不利于其健康与发育[1]。在常规产科新生儿护理模式下，由于护理内容较为简单，未注意对疾病的预防，难以充分满意家属的需求，容易引发护患纠纷及护理不良事件，为此必须进一步加大对新生儿的护理力度，以此为新生儿提供更为优质的护理服务。优质护理管理要求以人文关怀为核心，为患者提供优质、全面、人性化的护理服务，目前在临床中已经得到了广泛的应用[2]。为验证该护理模式在新生儿群体中的应用效果，研究选取笔者所在医院出生的214例新生儿为对象，评价了该护理模式与常规护理模式的应用效果差异，现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择笔者所在医院2019年1-12月出生的214例新生儿为对象。纳入标准：（1）均为笔者所在医院出生的新生儿;（2）单胎头位，一般状况良好。排除标准：患儿资料不全者。……
