[摘要] 目的 探究糖尿病合并急性重症脑梗死患者的护理措施。方法 选择该院2016年8月—2019年8月收治的糖尿病合并急性重症脑梗死患者，采取随机数字表的方法分为L组和K组。L组采取常规护理，K组采取综合护理。结果 K组糖尿病合并急性重症脑梗死患者的有效率93.33%高于L组75.55%（P<0.05）。K组糖尿病合并急性重症脑梗死患者的护理依从性为97.77%，高于L组82.22%（P<0.05）。结论 针对糖尿病合并急性重症脑梗死患者实施有效的护理干预措施，提高了患者的治愈率，快速调整机体血糖在正常范围内，减小并发症的发生，提高临床的治疗效果。对糖尿病合并急性重症脑梗死患者开展护理的过程中，通过运用综合性护理干预的方式，能够明显增强患者的护理满意度，确保患者的神经功能和血糖状态快速恢复。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the nursing measures for patients with diabetes and acute severe cerebral infarction. Methods The diabetic patients with acute severe cerebral infarction admitted in the hospital from August 2016 to August 2019 were selected and divided into groups L and K using a random number table. Group L took routine care and group K took comprehensive care. Results The effective rate of diabetes in patients with acute cerebral infarction in group K was 93.33% higher than that in group L with 75.55%（P<0.05）. The compliance of nursing in patients with diabetes and acute severe cerebral infarction in group K was 97.77%， which was higher than that in group L， 82.22%（P<0.05）. Conclusion Implement effective nursing interventions for patients with diabetes and acute severe cerebral infarction， improve the patient's cure rate， quickly adjust the body's blood glucose within the normal range， reduce the occurrence of complications， and improve the clinical treatment effect. In the process of carrying out care for patients with diabetes and acute severe cerebral infarction， through the use of comprehensive nursing intervention， the patient's nursing satisfaction can be significantly enhanced， and the patient's neurological function and blood glucose status can be quickly restored.

由于人民群眾的生活水平不断提高，饮食结构发生了明显变化，导致糖尿病的发病几率明显上升，糖尿病作为一种慢性病很容易引发脑血管疾病，导致患者出现糖尿病合并急性脑梗死等症状严重的情况下会导致患者病情危重，甚至出现猝死等情况。糖尿病作为一种常见的多发病，对患者的身体健康具有非常大的威胁，如果并发急性脑梗死，则很容易导致患者的致残率和病死率明显提高，必须要积极加强对糖尿病并发急性脑梗死患者采取恰当的护理方式。在传统的护理过程中，因为没有对患者可能出现脑血管痉挛、突发性昏迷采取科学有效的措施，这样就很容易造成患者猝死等问题，即便救治之后也很容易导致患者的病情加重，容易复发，愈后效果不理想等问题。通过综合护理的措施，对患者提供全面的护理干预，帮助患者制定合理的恢复创锻炼策略，为患者提供具有个性化的诊疗方案，能够有效提高患者的康复效果，该研究以该院于2016年8月—2019年8月收治的90例患者为对象展开研究，现报道如下。……
