【摘  要】在社会主义市场经济的快速发展中，国际市场环境发生了很大变化，国内外各个行业之间的竞争日益激烈，为了促进企业的持续、稳定发展，在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出，企业管理部门必须做好各项管理工作，尤其要注重企业工商管理工作，完善企业的建设，不断探索企业未来的发展方向，为企业管理水平的有效提升提供保障。论文主要针对企业工商管理现状及发展方向进行了分析，以推动企业的进一步发展。

【Abstract】In the rapid development of socialist market economy， the international market environment has changed a lot， and the competition between various industries at home and abroad has become increasingly fierce. In order to promote the sustainable and stable development of enterprises， and stand out in the fierce market competition， the enterprise management department must do a good job in various management work， especially pay attention to the business management work of enterprises， and improve enterprise construction， so as to constantly explore the future development direction of enterprise， and provide guarantee for the effective improvement of enterprise management level. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation and development direction of enterprise business administration， so as to promote the further development of enterprises.

1引言

在现代化社会经济的发展中，企业转型和发展中存在很多问题，企业生存环境具有一定的复杂性，企业管理部门必须实行相应的措施，有效地解决并优化各项问题，促进企业的健康发展。在企业运营管理过程中，工商管理是其中的关键工作之一，管理部门需要充分发挥出工商管理的作用，将工商管理的有效性、科学性作为重点工作。

2 企业工商管理概述

企业工商管理主要是针对企业日常管理工作中的实际情况、管理策略、管理制度、管理模式，根据国家相关的政策、法律法规，制定的满足企业长期发展需求的措施，其重点是企业的长远发展、经济效益，为企业经营活动的规范进行提供了保障[1]。在社会经济的快速发展中，为了确保企业的持续、稳定发展，管理部门必须有效地解决各项生产经营问题，为企业内部各项工作的有效进行提供支持，实现企业的可持续发展。……
