摘  要：在新时期环境下，医疗行业的发展十分迅速，越来越多的新型先进医疗设备也逐渐得到了使用，而医用电子直线加速器就是一种现代化放疗设备，其具有着显著的特点，对肿瘤放疗提供了良好的设备技术条件，为了确保其具有良好的使用性能，满足高质量的医疗服务需求，其设备故障检修至关重要，下面，文章就针对医用电子直线加速器的故障检修进行分析，希望对其设备的管理提供帮助。

Abstract： In the new era， the medical industry is developing rapidly， and more and more new advanced medical equipment are gradually used. Medical electron linear accelerator is a kind of modern radiotherapy equipment， which has remarkable characteristics. It provides good equipment and technical conditions for tumor radiotherapy. In order to ensure its good performance and meet the needs of high-quality medical services， its equipment troubleshooting is very important. Next， this paper analyzes the troubleshooting of medical electronic linear accelerator， in order to provide help to the management of its equipment.

现阶段，我国恶性肿瘤的出现愈加频繁，而在恶性肿瘤的放疗中，医用电子直线加速器是最为常用设备类型。此设备是在静电的加速器以及感应电子的加速器后一种新型的放疗设备，其为放疗工作的开展具有重要的帮助作用，但在此设备实际的使用中还常见诸多故障，这对其设备的正常使用以及医疗效果就造成了影响，因此，一定要重视医用电子直线加速器的故障检修工作，积极采取有效的措施加强其故障检修，这也是医疗管理中需要重点关注的内容。

1 醫用电子直线加速器概述

所谓医用电子直线加速器，主要是用在肿瘤放疗中一种微波电子的加速器，电子自微波电磁的加速场内进行能量的获取，并沿着直线的轨道进行加速的运动。此设备一般包括微波传输、真空、冷却水、束流、电源控制和计算检测等系统构成，其各个系统的机件构造也是十分复杂。……
