摘要目的：了解门诊麻醉胃肠镜检查患者家属对麻醉胃肠镜检查护理服务质量的满意程度，为以后麻醉胃肠镜检查的护理服务质量的提高提供科学依据。方法：选取2019年7月份莆田学院附属医院进行麻醉胃肠镜检查患者600例作为研究对象，发放调查问卷，调查服务满意度。结果：满意度总得分（6233±803），5个相关因素中，业务水平和检查效果2个因素得分最高，均为（5±1），服务态度得分次之，为（4835±1），而关爱患者得分最低，为（4375±125）。单项条目中“及时提供帮助”以及“熟练完成操作无差错发生”，这2条目的满意度高达100%，而在“保护患者隐私”方面满意度最低，仅为6667%。结论：麻醉胃肠镜患者家属对该检查总体满意度较高，今后将加强与患者及家属的沟通、为患者营造一个良好检查环境。

Investigation and Study on Family Satisfaction after Gastroenteroscopy under Anesthesia

AbstractObjective：To understand the satisfaction degree of nursing service quality of anaesthesia gastroscopy to the family members of patients undergoing anaesthesia gastroscopy in outpatient clinic，and to provide scientific basis for the improvement of nursing service quality of anaesthesia gastroscopy in the futureMethods：A total of 600 patients who underwent gastroenteroscopy under anesthesia in the affiliated hospital of putian university in July 2019 were selected as research objects，and questionnaires were issued to investigate service satisfactionResults：The total score of satisfaction was（6233±803）Among the five related factors，the score of business level and inspection effect was the highest（5±1），followed by the score of service attitude（4835±1），and the score of caring patients was the lowest（4375±125）In the single item，the satisfaction of “providing help in time” and “completing the operation skillfully without any errors” was as high as 100%，while the satisfaction of “protecting patient privacy” was the lowest（6667%）Conclusion：The family members of anaesthesia gastroenteroscopy patients have a high overall satisfaction with the examination，and will strengthen the communication with the patients and their families in the future to create a good examination environment for patients.

随着人们生活水平的提高，越来越多人追求无痛苦的检查与治疗。所以麻醉技术在检查与治疗中的应用就越来越广泛。上世纪九十年代起西方国家就已经普遍开展了麻醉胃肠镜诊疗，我国在2000年后也开始陆续开展。麻醉胃肠镜检查的普及越来越受到重视，而患者家属的满意度的提高对该技术的广泛应用有直接的关系。本研究在于找出患者家属对该检查护理满意度的不足，进而改进，提高护理质量，从而提高该技术在群众心里的认可度，现将结果报道如下。
