摘要目的：研究护理干预对初产妇剖宫产的应用效果。方法：选取2017年2月至2019年1月山东省聊城市东昌府区妇幼保健院收治的接受剖宫产分娩的初产妇84例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组42例。对照组初产妇采取常规护理，观察组初产妇在对照组基础上加用护理干预。结果：观察组初产妇的产后出血发生率为24%，低于对照组的214%，且观察组的睡眠质量评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<005）。结论：对剖宫产初产妇应用护理干预可有效预防产后出血的发生，具有显著效果，值得推广。

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Postpartum Hemorrhage and Sleep Quality in Cesarean Section Primipara

产后出血指的就是产妇在产后的24 h之内，阴道的出血量达到500 mL，临床症状主要表现为失血性休克和阴道流血等，致死率较高。剖宫产初产妇在分娩之后，常出现剧烈的疼痛感，睡眠质量不佳。因此必须采取一种安全有效的护理方式对剖宫产初产妇进行干预。本次研究观察剖宫产初产妇应用护理干预的效果，现报道见下。

1资料与方法

11一般资料选取2017年2月至2019年1月山东省聊城市东昌府区妇幼保健院收治的接受剖宫产分娩的初产妇84例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组42例。对照组年龄24～39岁，平均年龄（3478±312）岁;孕周37～40周，平均孕周（3878±104）周。观察组年龄22～37岁，平均年龄（3184±417）岁;孕周37～41周，平均孕周（3914±125）周。一般资料经统计学分析，差异无统计学意义（P>005），具有可比性。

12护理方法

121对照组对照组初产妇采取常规护理，具体的护理内容包括：护理人员在产妇入院之后，对其进行健康教育，告知其有关的注意事项，在产后观察产妇的出血情况等[1]。
