摘要目的：分析度洛西汀联合富马酸喹硫平片治疗抑郁症患者睡眠障碍的临床效果。方法：选取2017年1月至2019年1月阳谷县人民医院的精神心理科收治的抑郁症患198例作为研究对象，按治疗方式的不同分为对照组和观察组，每组99例。对照组采用度洛西汀治疗，观察组则采用度洛西汀联合富马酸喹硫平片治疗。比较2组患者取得的效果。结果：观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显优于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<005）。观察组患者的不良反应发生率较低，而对照组较高，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<005）。结论：针对抑郁症患者应用度洛西汀联合富马酸喹硫平片治疗具有良好的效果，改善症状明显。

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Duloxetine Combined with Quetiapine Fumarate in the Treatment of Sleep Disorders in Patients with Depression

我国抑郁症的发病率呈现逐年升高的趋势，发病原因比较复杂，跟患者的生活环境、抗压能力、心理因素等均有密切的联系[1]。此种疾病患者会出现心情低落、自卑抑郁、悲观厌世等，严重者可能发生自杀行为[2]。超过80%抑郁症患者都存在睡眠障碍的症状，对患者的身心健康及生命质量产生及其不利的影响，本文作者将重点研究度洛西汀联合富马酸喹硫平片治疗抑郁症的效果，现将结果报道如下。

1资料与方法

11一般资料选取2017年1月至2019年1月阳谷县人民医院的精神心理科收治的抑郁症患198例作为研究对象，按治疗方式的不同分为对照组和观察组，每组99例。对照组中男54例，女45例，患者年龄20～58岁，平均年龄（381±45）岁，病程2～24個月，平均病程（128±14）个月，其中公务员30例、个体10例、职员35例、教师24例;观察组中男40例，女55例，患者年龄为21～59岁，患者平均年龄（392±48）岁，病程2～25个月，平均病程（131±19）年，其中律师30例、职员10例、教师31例，农民28例。……
