[摘要] 目的 探討通窍鼻炎颗粒辅助治疗过敏性鼻炎（AR）的效果及对患者免疫功能的影响。 方法 选择我院2018年3月～2019年3月进行治疗的90例病历资料十分完整的AR患者作为研究对象，依据随机对照原则分为两组，每组45例。对照组接受常规西药治疗，观察组在此基础上加用通窍鼻炎颗粒。比较两组患者疗程结束后治疗效果、治疗前后症状评分、鼻腔生理功能指标[鼻腔阻力（NR）]、标记物[白细胞介素4（IL-4）、γ-干扰素（IFN-γ）]检测结果变化情况。 结果 疗程结束后观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;疗程结束后观察组鼻痒评分、鼻塞评分、喷嚏评分、流涕评分均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;疗程结束后观察组NR、IL-4水平明显低于对照组，IFN-γ水平明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 通窍鼻炎颗粒辅助治疗AR疗效显著，能够改善患者鼻腔生理功能和免疫功能，值得临床推荐。

Effect of Tongqiao Biyan granule on allergic rhinitis and its impact on patients' immune function

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of Tongqiao Biyan granule on the adjuvant treatment of allergic rhinitis （AR） and its influence on the immune function of patients. Methods Ninety AR patients with complete medical records in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were divided into two groups based on the principle of randomized control， with 45 patients in each group. The control group received conventional western medicine treatment，and the observation group was supplemented with Tongqiao Biyan granule. The treatment effect after the treatment and detection results change of symptom scores，nasal physiological function indexes [nasal resistance （NR）]， marker （IL-4）， （IFN-γ） before and after treatment between the two groups were compared. Results After the treatment course， the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）. The nasal itching score， nasal congestion score， sneezing score and runny nose score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group， and the difference was significant （P<0.05）. The levels of NR and IL-4 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group， and the levels of IFN-γ was significantly higher than that in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Tongqiao Biyan granule has significant effect on adjuvant treatment of AR and can improve the physiological and immune functions of patients' nasal cavity. It is worthy of clinical recommendation.

过敏性鼻炎（Allergic rhinitis，AR）是临床常见的鼻腔黏膜过敏性反应性疾病，具有迁延不愈、反复发作的特点，严重影响患者的生活质量[1]。采用药物控制患者鼻部症状，避免严重并发症和呼吸道功能损害出现是该病的主要治疗原则[2]。但临床上尚无根治该病的特效药物，一般选择抗组胺药物、激素喷剂、远离过敏原等对症治疗，但疗效仍难以令人满意[3]。随着中医药在临床上逐渐显示出独特的辨证治疗优势，采取中西医结合方案治疗AR逐渐成为了临床研究的热点[4]。有研究报道显示，通窍鼻炎颗粒在慢性鼻窦炎、鼻炎治疗中有明确的效果，可有效改善鼻塞、流涕等症状[5]。本研究即对通窍鼻炎颗粒辅助治疗AR的效果及对患者免疫功能的影响进行分析，以期为该病治疗药物的选择提供指导，现报道如下。……
