[摘要] 目的 探討对比真空辅助微创旋切术和传统手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的效果差异。 方法 选取2017年6月～2018年12月我院接诊的乳腺良性肿瘤患者106例进行研究，将其随机分为研究组和对照组，每组53例，研究组接受麦默通微创手术治疗，对照组进行传统开放手术治疗，对比两组患者的手术时间和切口长度、术中出血量、瘢痕长度、切口愈合时间、对乳房外观满意度及并发症发生率。 结果 观察组手术时间（18.69±3.48）min、术中出血量（16.24±2.66）mL、切口长度（3.56±1.11）mm、瘢痕长度（3.01±1.03）mm、切口愈合时间（2.49±0.75）d优于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）;研究组对乳房外观满意度满意度为100%，显著高于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05），研究组并发症发生率为3.77%，显著低于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）。 结论 对乳腺良性肿瘤患者进行真空辅助微创旋切术治疗效果更加理想，促进患者康复，安全性高，值得推广应用。

Comparisons of efficacy differences between vacuum-assisted minimally invasive atherectomy and traditional surgery for benign breast tumor

[Abstract] Objective To investigate and compare the efficacy differences between vacuum-assisted minimally invasive atherectomy and traditional surgery for benign breast tumor. Methods 106 patients with benign breast tumors admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were selected for study. They were randomly divided into the study group（n=53） and the control group（n=53）. The study group received mammotome assisted minimally invasive resection， while the control group received traditional open surgery. The operation time， incision length， intraoperative bleeding volume， scar length， incision healing time， breast appearance satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time（18.69±3.48） min， intraoperative bleeding volume（16.24±2.66）mL， incision length（3.56±1.11） mm， scar length（3.01±1.03） mm and incision healing time（2.49±0.75） d in the observation group were better than those in the control group， with significant differences（P<0.05）. The study groups satisfaction with breast appearance was 100% significantly higher than that of the control group， with significant differences（P<0.05）. The incidence rate of complications in the study group was 3.77% significantly lower than that of the control group， with significant differences（P<0.05）. Conclusion Vacuum-assisted minimally invasive atherectomy for benign breast tumor patients has a better therapeutic effect， promotes the recovery of patients， has high safety， and is worthy of promotion and application.

乳腺良性肿瘤是非常常见的女性疾病，发病人群以30～50岁的女性患者为主，尽早明确疾病性质，对患者采取有效的措施治疗能够达到根治该疾病的目的[1]。临床上对于该病的治疗多采用外科手术，传统手术为切开取瘤，虽然获得理想效果，但切口比较大，对患者造成一定的创伤，同时乳房外观难看，在心理上带给患者一定的负担[2]。随着医疗技术的不断进步，微创技术在临床上得到广泛使用[3]。有关文献研究发现，真空辅助微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的效果十分显著，具有创伤小、术后恢复快、患者满意度高等优势，值得临床应用与推广。为进一步探讨真空辅助微创旋切术和传统手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的效果差异，本文选取106例乳腺良性肿瘤患者进行研究，对比不同手术方式的效果，现报道如下。……
