[摘要] 在国家医疗体制改革中，急诊科作为抢救危重患者的重要场所，是医院医疗服务能力的重要体现。加强急诊风险管理，可以更好地提高急诊患者的满意度，提高急诊护理质量，保证护患双方的權益。在急诊护理工作中，对风险因素尽早进行预见性判断，降低人为因素所造成的患者护理风险，尽可能利用先进的急诊护理技术，减少其他风险发生。对于能够预见的风险，及时与患者家属进行及时沟通，获得患者及家属的理解，明确自身所需要承担的急诊风险。减少患者家属对医护人员的指责和纠纷，解除急诊医护人员的后顾之忧，使急诊护理人员更好地投入到急诊护理中，加强急诊风险管理成效。急诊护理的风险管理，还要加强急诊风险应对能力、建立急诊风险管理制度、保证急诊风险控制实施，使急诊护理能够在临床上发挥更大的价值，提高急诊护理的质量与效率。文章通过对如何加强急诊风险管理防止护患纠纷发生进行研究，旨在提高现代急诊的风险防范水平，推动我国急诊工作的稳步发展。

A brief analysis of how to strengthen emergency risk management to prevent nurse-patient disputes

[Abstract] In the reform of the national medical system， emergency department， as an important place to rescue critical patients， is an important manifestation of a hospitals medical service ability. Strengthening emergency risk management can better increase the satisfaction of emergency patients， improve the quality of emergency nursing and ensure the rights and interests of both nurses and patients. In the emergency nursing work， predictive judgment on the risk factors should be made as early as possible to reduce the nursing risk of patients caused by human factors， and the advanced emergency nursing technology should be used as much as possible to reduce the occurrence of other risks. As for foreseeable risks， it is necessary to communicate with the patients family members in time to obtain the understanding of the patients and their family members and make clear the emergency risks that one needs to bear. The accusation of the patients families against the medical staff and the disputes should be reduced to relieve the worries of the emergency medical staff， to enable emergency nurses to be better involved in emergency， and to strengthen the effectiveness of emergency risk management. In the risk management of emergency nursing， it is also required to strengthen emergency risk response ability， establish emergency risk management system and ensure the implementation of emergency risk control， so that emergency nursing can play a greater role in clinical practice and its quality and efficiency could be improved. Through a study of how to strengthen emergency risk management to prevent nurse-patient disputes， the paper aims to improve the risk prevention level of modern emergency and promote the steady development of emergency work in China.
