摘要：目的：探究超声早期诊断深部组织损伤及预测压疮预后应用。方法：现将2018年8月至2019年8月来我院接受治疗的14例压疮患者（25处）作为调查对象，分析入组时超声影像学特征对压疮预后的影响，分析临床资料并得出相应的结论。结果：压疮第1次超声检查结果及预后情况25处压疮中，4周后13处（52.0%）压疮治愈，7处（28.0%）压疮分期不变，5处（20.0%）压疮进展。结论：运用超声早期诊断技术发现以及干预深部组织是预防压疮病情恶化最为重要的一步，并在临床实践中取得较为有效的效果，提高早期检出率，建议在临床护理当中积极推广。

Early Diagnosis of Deep Tissue Injury by Ultrasound and Its Application in Predicting the Prognosis of Pressure sores

Abstract： Objective： To explore the early diagnosis of deep tissue injury by ultrasound and its application in predicting the prognosis of pressure sores. Methods： 14 cases ofpressure sorespatients（25 cases） who came to our hospital for treatment from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the investigation object to analyze the influence of ultrasonic imaging characteristics on the prognosis ofpressure sores during enrollment， and analyze the clinical data and draw the corresponding conclusions. Results： The result of the first ultrasound examination and prognosis of 25 pressure sores， 13（52.0%） were cured after 4 weeks， 7（28.0%） had no change in pressure sores stage， and 5（20.0%） had progress. Conclusion： Using ultrasound early diagnosis technology to find and intervene deep tissue is the most important step to prevent the deterioration of pressure sores condition， and achieve more effective result in clinical practice， improve the early detection rate， it is recommended to actively promote in clinical nursing.

壓疮是一种由于患者长期卧床所发生的常见的并发症，使得临床护理工作面临着较为严峻的问题。据相关报道调查显示，每年约有7万余人死于压疮并发。对于压疮风险较高的患者而言，早期发现深部组织损伤，而后采取有效的护理措施是在整个压疮治疗中最为关键的一个环节。为了可以更好地检查出压疮，在2007年，美国提出了压疮分期标准并增加了“可疑深部组织损伤”[1]。在临床的工作当中，若仅依靠目视检查、触摸检查以及问诊等方式，往往很难发现压疮的深度以及是否存在深部组织的损伤，特别是在压疮的早期阶段。随着我国医疗水平的提高，超声技术已被运用在各种病情诊断当中，也为深部组织损伤的可视化提供了较为重要的帮助，使得深部组织压疮可以在早期被检查出，并且得到有效的治疗。……
