摘要 介绍杨卓欣教授“调任通督”法的理论涵义以及临床应用和基础研究成果;“调任通督”法治疗中风病在精选任督二脉主穴以达任督脉通、阴平阳秘的基础上注重按照中风病不同分期、不同证型以及病变所过不同部位和并发后遗症状进行配穴，临床疗效显著。并附典型病案1例。

Application of Professor YANG Zhuoxin′s Acupuncture Theory of “Regulating Conception Vessel and Unblocking Governor Vessel” in Treating Stroke

Abstract The theoretical meaning， clinical application and basic research results of Professor YANG Zhuoxin′s theory of “regulating Conception vessel and unblocking Governor vessel” were introduced. When treating stroke， on the basis of selecting the main points of the Conception vessel and Governor vessel to achieve free flow of Conception vessel and Governor vessel and relative equilibrium of yin-yang， the theory focuses on adding points according to different stages of stroke， different syndromes， and different parts of the lesion and complicated sequelae symptoms ， The clinical curative effect is remarkable. A typical medical record is attached.

杨卓欣教授为第六批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师，享受国务院特殊津贴专家，国家中医药管理局针灸重点专科学科带头人，广东省名中医，国家中医药管理局针灸重点专科学科带头人，现任深圳市中医院中医药研究所所长。从事中医临床科教研工作30余年，擅长运用针药结合治疗神经、精神疾病、内科疑难杂病、男科、妇科常见疾病。

1 “调任通督”法理论涵义

“调任通督”法是杨卓欣教授带领深圳市中医院针灸科团队总结创立的运用中医理论，以针刺贯通任督二脉穴位为主防治神经系统及精神系统、妇科系统疾病的一套针灸治病大法。该理论是基于中医针灸经络腧穴学理论中经脉循行、经脉生理功能和病理表现及相互间沟通协调和阴阳平衡稳定、气血关系相关而总结和提炼而来，以期经过调任通督治疗后达到阴平阳秘，任督络通，去病除疴之最终目的：首先任督脉的循行“督脉、任脉和诸阳皆起于头”;其次，任脉生理功能为“任主胞胎”、具有促进妊养、发育的生……
