【摘要】目的：探讨并研究手供一体化器械管理中无缝隙管理的应用效果。方法：将我院2017年1月至2018年1月实施无缝隙管理前的600份手供一体化器械作为对照组;将2018年2月至2019年2月实施无缝隙管理后的600份手供一体化器械作为观察组。通过对比分析的方式，来对两组器械使用状况从器械完备、清洗质量合格、器械准备差错三个方面进行比较;手术室器械存在问题从器械清点失误、器械运输超时、器械遗失、器械损毁四个方面进行比较;器械管理问题从器械去向不明、使用后未及时回收两个方面进行比较。结果：从器械使用状况上看，观察组器械完备率、清洗质量合格率相较于对照组更高，器械准备差错率较对照组低（x2=4.0723，P<0.05）。从手术室器械存在问题上看，观察组器械清点失误、器械运输超时、器械遗失、器械损毁均低于对照组（x2=23.4767，P<0.05）。从器械管理上看，观察组器械去向不明、使用后未及时回收相对低于对照组（x2=13.8385，P<0.05）。觀察组手术室医护人员满意度100.0%，比对照组83.37%高（x2=7.2544，P<0.05）。结论：手供一体化器械管理中，无缝隙管理的实施，能够保证器械的使用与管理质量，并有助于提高手术室医护人员的满意度，值得推广。

Application Research of Seamless Management in Hand Supply Integrated Device Management

[Abstract] Objective：To study and study the effect of no-gap management in the management of hand-supplied integrated device. Methods：600 hand-supply integrated devices in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were used as the control group. By means of contrast analysis，the conditions of use of the two groups of devices were compared with three aspects：complete device;the device management problem was compared from the device to the unknown，and the two aspects were not recovered in time after use. Results：In the condition of the use of the device，the complete rate of the device was observed，and the qualification rate of the cleaning quality was higher than that of the control group. The preparation error rate of the device was lower than that of the control group （x2 = 4.0723，P <0.05）. There was a problem with the operating room device，the observation group's device inventory error，device transportation time-out，device loss，and device damage were lower than that of the control group （x2 = 23.4767，P <0.05）. The device was not used after use The timely recovery was relatively lower than that in the control group （x2= 13.8385，P < 0.05）. The satisfaction of operating room medical staff in the observation group was 100.0%，higher than that of the control group 83.37% （x2=7.2544，P < 0.05）.Conclusion：In the management of hand supply integrated instruments，the implementation of seamless management can ensure the quality of equipment use and management，and help improve the satisfaction of operating room staff，which is worth popularizing.

引言

随着当前医疗环境的转变，手术已经成为临床常用的治疗方案之一[1]。而在手术实施中，会涉及到多种器械的运用。在以往的管理中，这些设备或是由手术室自行清洁，或是由消毒供应室清洁。无论是哪一种，其在专业性上都会存在缺失。为了保证手术器械的质量，当前提出了手供一体化器械管理方案[2]。结合手术室与消毒供应中心的具体工作内容与器械管理现状，来加强两者的协调和沟通，从而保证管理质量[3]。但这是将两个不同科室的工作进行联系，在实施上还存在一定的难度，严重的影响到手术室相关工作的效率和质量，不利于我院临床手术工作的长远发展和顺利进行。……
