摘  要：随着经济发展，工业化快速生产，香云纱这种几乎完全只能依靠手工完成的技艺逐渐衰落，以此工艺制作的产品多价格高，受众面小，难以打开市场局面进行大规模生产。另一方面，随着传统手工艺体验经济的兴起，香云纱染整技艺作为植物染色的一种，它可操作性强，体验感直观，效果独特会吸引众多传统手工爱好者的追捧。在香云纱染整技艺这一非物质文化遗产被保护的前提下，薯莨染色作为其重要的工艺环节，急需保护与开发，绿色生产、绿色消费越趋重要的背景下，对生态环保的薯莨染及其产品进行产品创新设计与应用研究具有重要的历史意义与社会价值。

Abstract： With the economic development and rapid industrial production， Xiangyun yarn， which can only be completed by hand， gradually declines. The products produced by this process have high prices and small audiences， so it is difficult to open the market situation for large-scale production. On the other hand， with the rise of traditional handicraft experience economy， Xiangyun yarn dyeing and finishing technology， as a kind of plant dyeing， has a strong maneuverability， an intuitive sense of experience and a unique effect， thereby will attract many traditional handicraft lovers. Under the premise that the intangible cultural heritage of Xiangyun yarn dyeing and finishing technology is protected， potato buttercup dyeing， as an important technological link， is in urgent need of protection and development. In the context where green production and green consumption are becoming more and more important， it is of great historical significance and social value to study the product innovation design and application of ecological and environmental protection tuber dyeing and its products.

在传统文化回归的背景下，在国家大力提倡非遗保护传承背景下，香云纱由于其独特的染整技艺受到政府及业界人士的关注。由于香云纱的制作工艺繁复，需要高强度体力劳动，工作环境比较恶劣，制作的工序暂时没有办法进行机器标准化生产，传承的方式以口口相传为主，技术可控性教差，手艺无法引起年轻人的喜爱而出现年龄断层。因此，针对当前香云纱的发展来说，迫切需要开展再生创新工艺实践研究，发挥薯莨染创新面料的多彩纹理、艺术效果及优越的实用功能，延伸其在文化创意类产品上应用的可能性，进一步推动香云纱的发展。因此，对于香云纱传统技艺来说，需要在总结的基础上再创新，为香云纱注入时代的新内容，才能够迎接广阔的发展前景。……
